Established in 2005.

In 2012, Alice Chin and her team had their most successful year to date, with just over $ 26 million in close sales and over 98 transactions. Alice’s team has sold homes all over the western suburbs, but their expertise lie in the Naperville, Aurora and Lisle areas.

Alice Chin is a full time Realtor selling residential real estate, and has been since 2005. In her first year, Alice earned the «Rookie of the Year» award for the Coldwell Banker Naperville office. In 2007, she earned the Sterling Society award (national ranked top 8%), and in 2008, she earned the Diamond Society Award (nationally ranked top 6%) with $ 7.4 million in closed production. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 she earned the President’s Circle award, with $ 11.7 million, $ 20 and $ 21 million in production, respectively. She was also invited to the Coldwell Banker President’s Club, an elite group consisting of the top 2% of agents company-​wide. Alice has also been ranked amongst the top 20 agents in DuPage & Will County.

Alice has also been interviewed by Naperville Magazine and was featured on the cover of Chicago Agent Magazine in February 2010.

Prior to her career in real estate, Alice attended and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-​Champagin with honors in finance.
