Terrible store. Went in to print something the guy started helping me then got distracted and started helping another customer before he finished printing my stuff. The two employees at the store we’re arguing because one computer didn’t work.

I went to this UPS for its printing services, and it was bad. I called in earlier to see if I could use my own paper to print and they said that I could, so I went. I needed 4 pictures printed on special glossy paper(that cost $ 2 each). The first picture, the guy printed it on black and white when I wanted color. The second paper, a different employee used my paper to print something else for a different customer. The third paper and fourth paper, the papers were smudged against eachother, rendereing the photos useless. I thought it was common sense that if you print photos on glossy paper that it needs time to dry. So now I’m out 8 bucks, wasted 20 minutes, and on my way to buy more paper and head to a different printing serivce.

Great store. Really good location too. Down the road from the business district where I work and it’s close to a lot of restaurants. So I can just come and drop off a package, and then get lunch down the street. Very convenient. Staff is very friendly and I usually have the labels printed before I come in, so they just scan it, I get a receipt, and I’m out of there in no time.

This place is just fantastic. I do most of my shopping online, which means I do a lot of my returns for Zappos and Old Navy, etc, via UPS. This location is very convenient and the customer service is always friendly, fast and efficient whether I am just dropping off a box or package to return or in need of my own packaging and supplies. And if I am sending my own parcels, the staff is always helpful suggesting the most cost-efficient packaging and method of delivery. I’ve yet to have a bad or even mediocre experience.
