Dr. Donohue is a GREAT dentist, but his office staff is a little cold and stand-​offish. They have so many RULES about when you can and can’t schedule, but by the time you can call to schedule, you can’t get the kids in!!! Just open your books for an appointment 6 months from the date of the last appointment! Closed on this day, early out on that day. It doesn’t seem to have helped the situation now that his daughter is practicing with him; it actually appears worse! Pay in advance even though insurance hasn’t been processed. I’ve slugged through this for years because my kids were little and were comfortable there, but, now that they are 10 and 14, I think there must be another office that values MY time as much as they value their own.
