Yogurt Delight

Omggggggggggggggggg so many different flavors and toppings my very favorite fro yo place EVER!!! Everyone needs to come out here and try it. Way better than red mango any day!

What a great place for fro-​yo! They’re located off Route 59 and directly across from the Fox Valley Shopping Center. I took my sister and my parents here as an after-​dinner treat and they loved it! I don’t remember what anyone had, unfortunately. I’ll chalk it up to the sugar high I was in.
I mixed the caramel pretzel apple (which itself is a mixture of sea salt caramel pretzel and apple pie) with the cheesecake flavor, and topped it off with brownie bites, cheesecake bites, Snickers bits, Butterfinger pieces, and chocolate rocks. Mmm mm mm. So good. The frozen yogurt along with whatever toppings you choose is priced at $ 0.49/ounce, which I think is pretty fair. They have a good variety of flavors and a really good amount of toppings! It seems they have something for everybody. The staff I encountered were very helpful and polite. The store itself was clean and seemed to be a popular destination for families. In all, if you’re in the mood for fro-​yo, definitely give Yogurt Delight a shot!

Clean place, friendly staff. They have a Marshmallow Treat flavor, which is awesome. Plenty of flavors, tons of toppings and average prices. Definitely coming back!

Place was clean, yogurt was good. Staff were attentive and ingredients were fresh. What more could you want?
We sat around for an hour chatting and they didn’t mind at all. Outside eating, too.

This place is pretty much the same as other fro-​yo places. I do like the boba balls… they explode in your mouth! I got the triple chocolate, smores, and moon pie. All taste pretty similar but not bad. The place has some modern furniture. They offer samples but they get the samples for you, as opposed to other places who give you cups to get your own samples.
Came here again and got the chocolate covered cookie (yum), triple chocolate (yum), cheese cake (meh), and dulce de leche (meh, not as good as real ice cream flavor).
My hubby got the birthday cake (good), candy bar smash (good), and some candy crunch (good) one or something.
This place is pretty popular on weekend nights.
They only give samples if you ask for them and they go up to the machine itself to get you the sample. I think they should just hand out the little cups. If they are worried about people taking too many samples, then they should only hand out two cups per customer and if the customer asks for more, they should apologize and say its policy to give out only 2. The lady getting everyone the samples was running all over the place– she was also in charge of the cash register… the store should look into either hiring another person or simply changing the sampling policy to the aforementioned.

I’ve had my fair share of fro yo, likely tried most places out there. You may even consider me a fro yo connoisseur. I’ve visited Yogurt Delight a few times now and I’ll be honest, I’m torn. I’d like to give it 4 stars but my most recent visit has me re-​thinking a few things.
To start, they have tons of creative, tasty flavors. Salted caramel corn, Key Lime, Cheesecake, the All-​Stars. But here is where I get frustrated. You can’t sample at your own will. The person working has to come over and pump it for you as if you are incapable of using a yogurt machine. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure plenty of money is wasted on samples, HOWEVER nothing makes me feel more childish than waiting for a teenager to pump my yogurt. On this visit, not only did the guy behind the counter not greet us, he didn’t offer samples. I had to approach him and ask him for sample cups to which he came from behind the counter without saying anything. I felt like I was asking him to donate a kidney. I was apologetic because I knew we would be sampling quite a few flavors, but still «mum» was the word with this guy. I’ve always had good customer service here so this was extremely disappointing and it likely the reason I won’t be back.
Again, the flavors are creative and delicious. I was slightly disappointed with the toppings. The cheesecake was warm and creamy rather than cold like cheesecake should be. They didn’t have some of the basics like graham cracker crumbs and were just overall unexciting. Does anyone like chocolate rocks anyway?
They do have a Unilocal offer, so that is a plus but not worth me coming back anytime soon. I’ll keep my business at Red Mango and Forever Yogurt.

Always consistent customer service. Very kid-​friendly staff. I have been here numerous times. Clean place, plenty options. Easy to park. Highly recommend.

Disappointed by the overpriced, flavorless treat. Falls in with LuLu’s, & Yumz as my least favorite in the area. Will continue to drive further to go Red Mango, Yogen Fruz,
& Pinkberry for the best taste & quality.

This is a very clean and bright place with lots of flavors and topping to choose from. There are plenty of tables and comfortable chairs in which to enjoy your perfect creation. It’s kind of hard to find but there’s plenty of parking once your there. Friendly staff and very comfortable atmosphere. My little boy loved all the toppings.

Another great addition to Route 59. I don’t know about you, but I am thrilled by the resurgence of frozen yogurt. It is a great, healthy snack and really hits the spot when you are out and about. This place is similar to all of the other self-​serve frozen yogurt places out there. Very brightly colored inside and a bunch of choices of yogurt flavors and toppings. Everything that I have gotten here has tasted great. The flavors are rotated on a good schedule and the toppings are also changed out from time to time. Another great perk of this place is they sometimes have deals where if you bring in your receipt you get 5% off your next order.

This is probably the 6^th frozen yogurt shop in a 10 – 15 mile stretch of Route 59 from Naperville to Plainfield. I’d complain, but I really like frozen yogurt, and I’ve gotten really bored at some places that never change our their flavors (yes, Yumz, I’m talking to you!)
Here’s how Yogurt Delight stacks up among the rest:
+There are more flavor options, and the options are better than the rest. I had key lime pie and tiramisu. My mom had birthday cake. Both of us opted for rainbow sprinkles, but there are many topping choices.
+The consistency of the yogurt is thick and creamy. I’ve had some experiences at Yumz or CherryBerry where the yogurt comes out watery.
YD is better than Yumz and CherryBerry. Red Mango is always in the middle for me. It’s on par with Yogurt Beach when it comes to quality product.
There are a few things that I found less favorable at YD. First, they have an employee handing out sample cups (same as Red Mango and Yogurt Beach). As I’ve said many times before, I am an adult, and I’m not going to make a mess or stick my face under the self-​serve machines. What really bugged me about this at YD is that this employee was busy chatting with other patrons (probably his friends) and seemed inconvenienced when I wanted to try more than one flavor. At other self-​serve shops that have «sample staff,» even though it annoys me, they don’t act like I’m a hog or a nuisance.
It is a lot busier here than other places — but it could’ve been the time of day, weather, or the 10% off check-​in on Unilocal,who knows. Anyway, it was really cramped in here and there was no logic or line for the frozen yogurt machines or toppings.
Despite my gripes about the sample cup system, I like Yogurt Delight. I doubt it will be there for long. Cold Stone Creamery was formerly in this location. If ice cream couldn’t make it, what makes them think frozen yogurt will?

Pinkberry is my boyfriend and Red Mango is the dude I flirt with while Pinkberry is away, but after Yogurt Delight, I may just have to dump them both and marry this place.
WOW. From the yogurt and toppings, to the staff, this place has it all.
TWENTY FOUR FLAVORS TO CHOOSE FROM, and they’re not all your run-​of-​the-​mill «we’re frozen yogurt so we’re only gonna offer you fruit flavors with a weird chocolate flavor.» NOPE. These 24 glorious flavors had a good share of fruity, to your standard chocolate, vanilla, and classic tart, and the fun and epic cinnamon bun, pink lemonade, and birthday cake. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to see such variety. I think there are maybe 6 flavors at a time at Pinkberry and 12 and Red Mango. The yogurt itself is incredible. Full of flavor, rich, and creamy.
No shortage on toppings either. Everything: candy, fruit, bobas, cookie dough and brownie pieces, hot fudge, and peanut butter topping.
Another aspect I loved was the cup sizes. At MANY frozen yogurt places, they have one huge cup, which is a bummer because you end up getting more than you really want to eat. 3 different sizes here as well as a mixer cup and waffle cone.
This place is also extremely clean and the employees are wonderful! The person that helped me was super patient with my sister and I as we each sampled 4 different yogurts and everyone just seemed happy to be there. There was also a manager (or maybe owner?) there at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. That’s also wonderful to see; that they CARE.
You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will probably never want to eat at another froyo place again.

Delicious favors…

Is it as good as the other reviewers say? This is that rare time where I have to agree, this really does earn the rare five star review.
What’s not to love? Great location, the staff. hoo boy are they FRIENDLY and super nice. It’s a rare treat to see workers who are actually enjoying what they are doing and really enthusiastic. Plus nobody had an iPhone on, using it or having earbuds jammed in their ear.
Fantastic selection of flavors ranging from fruit and nuts to super-​sugary flavors for the kids. The format was something we’re more use to on the East Coast — pay by the weight versus by concoction. Which is good and bad since you can get dinged with too many goodies crammed into the cups, so beware!
The frozen yogurt (and sorbet) were tasty, not grainy or over-​flavored. The set-​up on the machines allowed a body to either take a single flavor or a melding of two similar flavors, such as Pina Colada + Key Lime ‘cheesecake’ to form this not-​too-​sweet, refreshing tropical fruit blend.
Toppings also range the gamut of five and dime sugary confections to fruit and (thankfully) some Asian treats that might not be too common to most in the area such as mini-​mochi, various fruit boba and coconut agar-​agar cubes.
Price is also great, compared to other dairy places that just kill your wallet (ala over-​rated Oberweis). For the two medium cups we filled plus a mess of toppings the total was around $ 7. Not bad and we were coming out ahead on the calorie end since there are a number of low-​fat, fat free and healthy options.
If you’re in the area, stop on by and be impressed with this new gem!

This is how frozen yogurt should be! I live in the city, but will gladly drive back here again and again just because I love it THAT much.
Step aside pink berry! So long forever yogurt! We have a NEW leader in town.
I definitely recommend that people «Fro Yo» money here for some of the best. Worth every penny. Great service and fun ambiance.

Lets kick it off right and make a field goal yea?! The owners and staff are really mellow and happy gives it a good vibe. Pretty friendly I shall say, haha they kind of know me in some kind of way now… LOL maybe I go in to much you think? Nahhh you can never have to much yogurt… They have a pretty wide range of flavors pretty fruity also deserts such as cheese cake, cake pops and cookies. Oh geahhhhh can’t forget about the coffee flavor flav’s!!!
To be honest I’m not such a sweets fan but I have been only because I been dating much. Ehhh haha but yogurt has a different kind of lines of crossing the sweets side. I guess its the same as other sweets or so nahhh I take it back! It really doesn’t make you feel like a fatty! I mean its easy on the stomach gives your sweet tooth a kick to the face for satisfaction! Haha well it also depends on witch one you pick out also…
Day 1 I wanted to sample them all but I couldn’t I had to crunch my time I had to get to work… So I settled for the classic tart and cookies and cream! Yeah it was delicious no lie but as I went in the next day after the gym, you no the small talk convo blah blah and I mention I just got done shooting in the gym so they suggested the coffee cup Greek because it had a good amount of protein! Haha nice!!!

Yogurt Delight is Frozen Yogurt heaven! They have so much variety I couldn’t decide what to get… cone, cup, or mixin? This time around, I decided to have mine in a cone because I could smell the freshly made waffle cone as soon as i walked in, it was too enticing… like a bakery. They were helpful in explaining how the process worked and even offered samples of anything I wanted to try.
The texture is just right, fluffy and creamy (like ice cream)… not icy or watery. My favorite flavor was the Strawberry, I loved that it had chunks of fresh strawberries inside the yogurt, there was a close tie with Orange Dreamsicle. They also had a sugar free option (for my dad), and a non dairy option (for the lactose intolerant).
Let’s talk about toppings galore! They have the usual suspects fresh fruit, peanuts, sprinkles… they also have plenty of unique toppings, mini cupcakes, chocolate covered sunflower seeds, chocolate rocks, boston baked beans. As a kid, my sister and I used to put cap’n crunch cereal in our ice cream, so it felt very nostalgic to see cap’n crunch as a topping. My favorites were the Coconut Jelly, Green Tea Mochi, and Lychee Bobas. Seems like they thought of everything.
They do everything by weight per ounce, there was no extra charge for the waffle cone or for throwing in 10 different toppings. I will definitely be back to try the mixin next time.

So thankful that you opened! I’m craving your yogurt right now. Have to go back to check out the other flavors!
We went this past weekend when they grand opened and it was incredible! I’ve never enjoyed yogurt because of the consistency but this reminded me of ice cream! Who would have thought?! I will have to go back every chance I get! I tried the cookies and cream, strawberry sensation, and vanilla bean! All were so good that I went up for seconds. PLEASE open one in northern suburbs asap! The couches are super comfy as well… Almost fell asleep from «yogurt coma» :)

Yummers! A new self serve frozen yogurt place in Naperville!
I don’t normally like self serve because it’s runny and melts fast but Yogurt Delight was different somehow. The consistency of the froyo is thicker and creamier than others. It tastes very close to ice cream consistency! Plus it didn’t melt while I was trying to decide on my toppings!
The flavors were on point. Orange Creamsicle and Key Lime were my favorite flavors but I went with Original Tart so that I could pile on the toppings. It was sooooo delicious! Reminiscing on the sweet mango pieces is making me drool on my keyboard…
They’re in the NaperWest plaza across from the mall. The décor is super bright and cute. Very colorful and fun. Those orange leather chairs are way too comfortable… Makes me stay a little longer than I want to. =[
All in all, a fun new place. I hope they’re here to stay!
