Zebra Tees

My one star review was a lot more generous that I wished to be. I do not even know where to start about my experience with this company. So I guess we will go to the beginning.
FACTS:
I ordered a t-​shirt through Zebra Tees on 12/​24/​2014.
I had not received the t-​shirt by mid-​January which was disappointing since I wanted to wear it for my birthday.
When I started to research contact information, I found that the only way was to file a ticket through a website. I could not contact anyone directly by phone or email.
I had also discovered upon research, that it would take up to 30 days for t-​shirts to be printed and shipped.
I was not informed of this at the time of purchase, but I took that one on the chin. I was willing to wait.
By February, I had still not received my order and I submitted a ticket inquiring about when I could expect my t-​shirt or a refund.
I was contacted by someone named Dusty who informed me, «The company we go through to have out designs printed have had a delay in printing caused by technical issues» blah blah blah.
9 days later (56 days from the original order), still no shirt. Still no refund.
Replied to Dusty inquiring about a realistic ETA of delivery or when my refund would be coming. «My boss had a meeting with the printer company this week and they’ve come to an arrangement».
(Hmmm… that does not sound like «technical issues» to me.)
Refund requested and referred to another individual named Shauna.
To my surprise, Shauna never contacted me.
I have now attempted to contact Dusty repeatedly and I am no longer getting any replies.
I have attempted reach them through social media, only to find another individual that is also having issue with this company.
76 days and counting since my original order… nothing.
Opinions:
This company had very little issue accepting payment from me for the promise of a t-​shirt delivery. I am completely disgusted with how the company is virtually impossible to get a hold of. I cannot call them with the number available on this site. I feel as this company has stolen from me. I am a very reasonable person and an honest attempt to keep me appraised of my order would have gone a long way. But this company lacks the integrity to honor their side of this business transaction. I will not order from this company again. I wish they would do the right thing and refund my purchase.
