Total rip. Broke the lock. Did not take off the broken lock, charged $ 245.00. Could not make the replacement key. This was a complete disaster.
I will NEVER call this company again nor will I ever recommend them.
If I could rate them no stars. Actually, this review is a no stars review.
DO NOT USE THEM! They will way overcharge you. Go with anyone else except these guys.
Don’t understand how everyone is giving 5 stars. My guess is that this company filters out their bad reviews and only posts their good ones.

Owning a condo comes with certain responsibilities, one of the most important is keeping your tenants safe and secure. After our tenants had a break in, the locksmith was there within an hour and rekeyed the apartment giving our tenants the feeling of security they deserved. So, a week or so after I used Affordable twice, I received a phone call after 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. It was Manny calling me from somewhere out of the country to tell me that the check I had written them would not go through. I knew there was no way that my check would have any problem clearing. Needless to say, I did not sleep much that night. I called my bank ASAP to verify that there was no problem with my check and sure enough, there had been no problem with my check. The bad thing is that no one EVER called me back from Affordable to apologize or explain the problem. Very disappointed.

Manny came out the same day we closed on our condo to rekey two doors and install a blind deadbolt. Our front door had a number of unanticipated problems which required Manny to leave and get more supplies. The job took a lot longer than both of us thought, but he was patient and dedicated to doing the job well. He worked very hard, was very courteous and had such a great attitude about a job that was bigger than he expected. His prices were very reasonable and I would absolutely call on him any time I need his services in the future.

I called Manny because of the reviews on Unilocal.He is located close to me. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars is because he was scheduled but an hour after he did not show up, I called. There was a very good reason for why he was late and out of his control. He did come over later the same day. First, he’s a really personable man. He is also competent. I wanted all my doors keyed alike and a deadbolt added. He took all the locks off then realized the main door lock was not compatible. We could have still do it, but changing a component that I did not wish to change. No problem. He put all the locks back in and then added the deadbolt. I highly recommend Manny.
