At first I was super impressed with the service at the America’s Best in Naples, FL. When it took a lot longer than expected to get my 3 pairs of glasses in– I was slightly bummed. What seemed to be a professional setting on a Saturday, looked a bit different when I came in to pick up my glasses on a Tuesday. The manager who originally helped me was apparently no longer the manager & the now new manager was not as helpful or professional. I wanted to purchase accessories(cases). I picked out 3 cases & asked if there was a discount on accessories since I just purchased 3 pair of glasses, Brittney replied, «no.» I turn around & right behind me is a flyer stating buy 1, get 1 free glass cases?! And another flyer in the store that says Accessory sale blowout. Uh, ok. So I found two cases that I liked out of the buy one, get one free bin & went to the register & stated that I would like to return one of the cars that I purchased & purchase a bogo case. Brittney informs me that I will need to see the manager??! The manager says, «normally, we don’t accept returns on accessories, but I can do it this time.» After he was able to figure out a way to return the just purchased cases, he said please go To the other counter & swipe your card– ugh! Then he tells me– these are not BOGO. I replied, they were in the bogo bin. He said that was a mistake, someone put them there. Now that I am leaving & driving home– every light I look at has a highlighted ring around it. I am not sure if this is normal with glasses– but it doesn’t seem to help my vision, at all. In the past when getting glasses, they adjust the fit on them & check to make sure they fit correctly– that didn’t happen this time. Also when I called last night to see if my glasses were in, Brittney, said«no, it will be two weeks.» It had already been almost two weeks, when she put me on hold, the manager picked up & said, no, your glasses are in. Good grief. Ok, lessened learned– you get what you pay for in customer service and product quality. Now I understand the negative reviews.

Five family members, all with glasses. Everyone in the office has gone out of their way being friendly, giving great service, and offering great products at an affordable price. Their schedule always runs on time, glasses pickup is quick and efficient. Would refer anyone without hesitation.

WONDERFUL experience! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They do such a great job! Dr. Marc Gordon is outstanding– he is so nice, caring, thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. He works to meet your specific needs with consideration of your budget. I was concerned the glasses being so affordable that quality may have been compromised but to be honest, I spent $ 80 on 2 pair and they are higher quality and more comfortable than the $ 300 pair I bought at another chain. I am so happy I have found this place!

Great place. Excellent exam. Dr. Gordon was caring, professional and thorough. He took his time to make sure my vision is perfect and my eyes are healthy. What a fresh breath of air. Inexpensive name brand and designer glasses. Doctor Gordon has moved offices and I’d follow him anywhere!
