Dunkin’ Donuts

Despite the multiple negative reviews, our party of four took a chance. Our coffee and donuts were superb. The staff was young, friendly and energetic. Though a mistake with our order was almost made, it was caught and rectified with a smile.
We found nothing wrong with this DD.

This Dunkin went from bad two years ago to great and then worse. I’m standing behind a guy and his wife and they were told they couldn’t use two coupons at the same time. Rather than being a good customer service person and suggesting they split the orders, the customer had suggest it and she never smiled once! We are no longer greeted at this location. We are so happy to be moving back home where multiple Dunkins are way more awesome. And one last note is that this Dunkin had a large Hispanic workforce when it did well. Suddenly it became very caucasian and some black and every other order is screwed up. I don’t know what corporate honcho thought was a «good idea», but they got it dead wrong.

This is still the worst DD ever. Stick in the drive through for almost twenty five minutes with no way out. Talked to the manager and between her and the counter boy the attitude was about as bad as it gets. And then to top it off, the donut was old and the powdered sugar melted. STAY AWAY. They were worse last time I was there. Good Bye DD.

Quite possibly the worst DD in the US! Workers are rude… service is terrible… orders are wrong more than right. The Executives at Corporate should revoke ownership of this store!

I have quit going to this Dunkin Donuts location all together. I now go out of my way to get my coffee elsewhere because I have had such consistently poor dealings with this particular DD.
Incorrect orders way too frequently. Sour coffee. Rude service. Long wait times. Dirty bathrooms.
And to top it off, there is a young woman recently staffed at this location whom I believe may be the new manager, called Lanette. I had high hopes she might bring some improvement. Instead, I have found her to be utterly unpleasant and unprofessional. Such a disappointment.

i wished to give no stars but that isnt an option.
I have been going here for 2 years and if i were to write a review for every time i had an issue while going id have no job. Without exaggerating almost every time i go my order needs to be redone and i need to lie and say im allergic to an ingredient so they actually take it serious. Their manager lynette is a very unpleasant person, when i went through the drive thru i was told to pull up and every time i do i sit there for 10 – 15 minutes so this time i calmly stated no. once i said no the employee got upset with me and stomped off to his manager and once i demanded a refund she became irate with me and demanded i leave after she made up a story i knew to be false.
All in all dunkin donuts as a whole has lost my business for life due to their lack of professionalism and common decency stemming from this sorry location.

This dunkin has café con leche, which is a nice treat. The space is clean, though the bathrooms are a bit odd. Friendly staff.

ZERO Stars
After placing my order, they passed the wrong order through the drive through window three times (even though I restated my correct order each time).
Needless to say, this was an extreme test of my patience before I had any coffee.

I went to this place this morning and ordered a bagel with cheese bacon and egg and I can’t possibly imagine how that can get screwed up but the bagel was like a rock and the rest the sandwich taste like shit. The hashbrowns were so greasy I had to throw them out. The service was lousy and the place was somewhat dirty. I will never go there again and I don’t recommend it to anyone else. I had to give it one star otherwise I cannot make the post other than that I would’ve given them no stars!!!

Fairly new location good bagels and iced coffee to wake u up what else can I say it’s a doughnut joint.

Terrible selection, service, cleanliness, staff, and quality. Worst Dunkin Donuts experience ever.
