Justin was a great tour guide. Excellent teacher of the how to of paddle boarding to make it easy to learn and be successful. Looking forward to doing it again. Would highly recommend Gnarley Harley Paddleboarding– great location, easy to get to, beautiful scenery– lots of sea life especially dolphins up close.

Ok so first let me say that I have never paddle boarded a day in my life. After doing this trip, I’m going to buy a paddle board!!! Justin is extremely knowledgeable about paddle boarding. He makes you feel very comfortable with the learning process. Definitely worth the money. I did the 4 hour tour and forgot my lotion. Duh. Well Justin saved the day so I didn’t get burned! This trip was worth every penny!!!

What a stellar adventure! I’ve been wanting to learn to Stand Up Paddleboard for ages, but finally got the chance while we were in Naples. Justin was an excellent teacher. He is calm, knowledgeable, and explains things very well. He also teaches you while you tour among beautiful mangroves and in open water. He points out flora and fauna during the trip, too. Because of the weather, the water was very murky, but I was able to see many different bird species. If you want to learn to SUP, do yourself a HUGE favor and go to Gnarly Harley! You’ll not only learn basic techniques, you’ll have a marvelous tour with an experienced guide and instructor.

It was a cool experience paddle boarding with Justin in December. We got to see dolphins and manatees! He knew the area, the tides, and gave good advice on how to paddleboard. He did ask us to modify the start time to accommodate another guest, which was fine, but he didn’t even have a watch on during the excursion, and ended it 30 minutes early. Quality equipment, laid back guide, we would definitely go out with him again.

We had such a good time with Justin. My 15 year old daughter got to surf a little. If you are vacationing in Southwest Florida this is the place to go if you want to try stand up paddle boarding. We live in Naples so I’m sure we will be using Gnarly Harley again. Justin was very accommodating and patient with all of us. He seemed to be having fun too, and that can make a big difference in an experience like this one. If someone asked for a recommendation for SUP I would say Justin with Gnarly Harley every time.

My husband & I bought a $ 100 groupon paddle tour deal with Gnarley Harley. After several calls & emails I finally got a return call to schedule our paddle tour to celebrate my husband and my 5 year anniversary. Unfortunately, due to weather, I received an email 2 days before our scheduled paddle canceling the tour. No problem-​weather is weather. I emailed back with alternate days to reschedule. No reply. I called and left a message. No reply. Over the course of a week I emailed 4 times, sent facebook messages, left several voicemails. No one ever replied. Nothing. We gave up & called groupon for a refund. Very disappointing & frustrating as we love to paddle. Hard to believe Gnarley Harley does any business when they ignore their customers.

Used a groupon to paddleboard with Justin over Christmas and it was awesome! He ended up taking us on a tour around the bay. He was helpful and showed us all how to «operate» the paddleboard.
I would definitely recommend Gnarley Harley to anyone looking for something fun to do in SW FL!

We vacation regularly in the Naples area and wanted to try something new. We saw the Groupon and purchased it, but I would definitely pay full price for the service and fun we had. Mindy was our guide during our 2 hour excursion and we loved her. We had our two kids with us, ages 8 and 11, and she ensured our 8 year old was completely comfortable and safe, without being overbearing. She took us out to the Gulf and helped the kids ride the waves as well. She felt like part of our family and gave me some tips on how to improve my stroke. We loved every minute or our trip and will be booking with them again on our next trip. We highly recommend launching at Clam Pass vs. Wiggins Pass, which is where I had originally thought to launch, but Mindy’s experience paid off and her suggestion of Clam Pass was very much appreciated. No boat wake to worry about. Thanks for a memoriable experience and awesome guide!

Highly recommend. We were visiting Naples over Thanksgiving weekend and called to rent boards at the last minute. Justin was great to accommodate us on such short notice. He suggested a beautiful location and dropped and picked the boards up on time. He’s friendly and knowledgeable and Harley rocks.

My mom and I had a great time learning to ride a paddle board with Justin at Gnarly Harley! My mom was really nervous beforehand, but Justin made it simple and the place where he starts people out is shallow, which was a big help. The water was murky the day we went so we didn’t get to see a lot of marine life, however it was still worth it to learn to paddle, see the birds, and try something new. Definitely 5 stars!

My wife and I had a great time paddle boarding with Justin. He did a great job of giving us a quick lesson and there was a good selection of equipment. We were with a group of 8 paddlers and Justin handled the group well and was extremely patient and relaxed with a couple of the younger kids.
He brought us to a small bay where we got to see several dolphins who stayed with us for about 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Gnarly Harley Paddle Adventures. We will be back.

We definitely recommend paddleboarding with Gnarly Harley. We had not paddleboarded before and thought the 1 ½ hour eco tour would be a great first experience, and it was. We had plenty of time to get the basics from our guide, Justin, then we paddled out together to the sand bar where we had about 20 minutes of time with dolphins swimming around us. Very relaxing and fun adventure.
