History

Established in 2003.

Johnny Martin began Martin’s Cooling & Heating, Inc. in January of 2003, as a response to his frustration with the market trends of the HVAC industry in Southwest Florida. He began a crusade against the less than honest contractors that have plagued our area. These contractors would practice scare tactics, and high pressure sales in order to sell unnecessary and over priced equipment. Johnny believes that people work hard for their money, and shouldn’t be swindled out of it. His slogan «A Company You Can Trust!» is the foundation for which we have built this company, one customer at a time. Our company has survived the test of time for 10+ years by offering up the highest quality of service performed by individuals who have proven their integrity. Martin’s Cooling & Heating, Inc. purchased Air Treatment, Inc. in 2005 after Johnny’s former employer decided to retire. Air Treatment, Inc. had been providing quality service, based upon the very same principles, since 1989.

Johnny W. Martin is the president of Martin’s Cooling & Heating, Inc. Martin’s Cooling has become the industry leader in providing personal service and installations for all of SW Florida’s Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Indoor Air Quality, Ductwork, and Heating needs Johnny is a hands-​on leader; maintaining an active role in the day to day business at MC&H, Inc. Around Naples Johnny is known for his integrity; his strong moral principles are unparalleled in the service industry. He only employs technicians who share this same mentality.

Johnny is a happily married father of three children residing in North Naples, FL.
