We requested and paid for a private VAN as we had 3 adults and 7+ very large pieces of luggage. What showed up was a Town Car, not the Van. When the driver called back to ask why a car was sent and not a Van the answer was «not sure, but we have no choice». When asked what can they do to solve it (send another car, find a van, etc…) the response was «we have no options»… so the driver had to pile us all in with luggage into the car. It was crazy and I am sure illegal. Driver was only one trying to make it work. Maxi Taxi let him and us down! I wish I got the drivers name. Very polite, professional and got it done! This is 2nd issue with Car/​Van services in Naples. Are there any out there that give you what you pay for?

Nick picked us up at RSW upon arrival at 10pm. He was courteous and timely, plus he knew the route to our drop off location. Overall, it was easy, convenient and a good experience.

Wonderful car service ! I live in New Jersey and visit my little granddaughter frequently in Naples ! Since I knew I would be needing a very early ride to the Ft Meyers Airport this morning, I searched Unilocal before my trip!
Based on other reviews, I reserved my ride online ! It was so easy, and my wonderful driver arrived promptly before 5:45! And I didn’t have to disturb my sleeping family at such an early hour ! Cheerful, professional, and a nice clean car made for a perfect ride! I can’t wait for my next visit to use this fabulous service again !

booked a town car ride with them because this seems like the ground trans company with the best reviews in the area. Just had to cancel the ride, and giving them 5 stars because Carol in the office was nice and professional with handling the booking and cancellation. You learn a lot about a company by how they handle cancellations. I’ll use them next time and review again.

Maxi Taxi is fine if you have the flexibility to call them two days in advance. Earlier this week I had a last minute need to head to the airport but they don’t answer the phone until 9am. And, tonight I called them 28 hours in advance of an 11pm pick up at the Ft. Myers airport and they were unavailable. Yet, their drivers tell me business is just OK. What gives?

I used Maxi Transportation when I was in Naples on Vacation. We had car service to and from the airport. We also hired them for a three hour dinner out on the town. The service was impeccable. Cars were clean, drivers were wearing their uniforms, it was a very classy experience. I could tell it was a high end destination and Maxi Taxi did not dissappoint. The fares were reasonable and the service was first class. I highly recommend this company!

We used Maxi transportation while vacationing in the Naples area last month. We used car service from Fort Lauderdale airport to our condo and then we used them again for limousine service one evening for a bunch of us to go out and not have to worry about drinking and driving. The vehicles were immaculate, the chauffeurs were polished and professional and most of all ON TIME. I would highly recommend this service.

I rode to RSW from The Naples Beach Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with everything. The driver was early, impeccably dressed, friendly, helpful, knew when to take side streets and did all of the above in a very clean car.
There’s a 24 hr. cancellation policy or $ 25 fee and if you’re paying by credit card, you need to prepay. I was and it was confusing as to how to tip the driver, hence the four instead of five stars.
