History
Established in 2013.
In 2013, after spending two decades in leadership roles in the kitchens of high end restaurants and country clubs, Chef Paul Daniel founded JN Culinary, LLC, Catering to Naples and surrounding areas. Chef Paul’s desire was to provide catering services to Naples, Ft, Myers and Southwest Florida by eliminating the layers of management in traditional foodservice providers and working directly with individual clients to provide memorable food experiences.
