On the Spot Mobile Detailing

Hello, would not use them again. Guy came out, no shampooing or pressure washing or floor mats, left a big stain on mat, came armed with vacuum and spray bottle of spot remover, did not do windows inside. $ 95.00 with $ 20.00 tip. Guy came back he was nice, got inbetween the seats with the vacuum, fixed up some of the problems, but windows inside were dirty, he said they don’t do windows. I spoke to owner re: I thought a detail took care of details! It was not a good job. Owner came to look at job, he had a crumbled $ 20 bill in his hand determined to take care of the problems that way, did not come equipped to take care of the windows or do the job right. I finally took the money which was the boy’s tip, I did not want that, I had told the owner that, but he wanted to take care of the problem that way. I just wanted the windows done and my car to look like it had been detailed. Ok, not happy. BTW-​my husband and I used to own and operate the same kind of business, so I know what is supposed to be done. Their manner is very nice but they did not take care of the problem.

Im new to Naples and needed a major upgrade of appearnce to my 10 Jag. Called this buisness having read a favorable review and all I can say is they were great. My car looks so good I may buy out my lease. The employee was really pleasant, punctual and thorough. Great find.
