Established in 1998.

Pelican Larry’s Raw Bar & Grill on Pine Ridge Road opened up in 1998 and continues a proud tradition of being the best place to feed hunger and quench thirst while watching the game.

Had a great time Saturday night with some friends. This was my first time here, and I will go back. I like the casual ambiance this bar has. It has an outdoor bar, and three bars inside so you don’t have to wait long for a drink. You can order food till they close, and the DJ played great music all night. I loved the confetti and smoke, it really made for a fun atmosphere. Their drink prices are not bad either. If you are looking for a casual bar, where you can eat, drink, and dance with friends, Pelican Larry’s is the place to go!

This is my favorite place to unwind and have the best oysters in town! The service is friendly and fast, food is good and hearty at a reasonable price too. I always enjoy going there and listening to music or chillin outside with friends. Their black beans and rice is delicious! They are a Green Bay Packers bar and I am from Chicago, but I I still love it :-)

First of all, anything with Larry in the name makes me happy. Super casual bar with decent food. We started of with Caribbean ceviche, and it was served retro style with a lettuce and orange garnish. Our waiter was excellent and attentive. Loved the sweet potato fries– crispy on the outside and tender inside. Perfect! The grouper sandwich was ok– I would have loved more sauce. The Konk Chowdah was fabulous. I would love to go back and try more. Lots of good stuff on the menu.

Melanie was amazing!!! We created a shot called «THE CROP DUSTER» and she proceeded to crop dust all of us. She was very attentive and personable. Even created me a chicken Caesar wrap even thought it’s not on the menu. I look forward to our next group meeting. So that we can receive more exceptional service!!!

Never Again!
This is NOT the Larry’s of the past. The service at the new Pelican Larry’s (Immokalee North) was terrible and it wasn’t even crowded. But to make matters worse, my wife and I are sick from the food. We stopped by for a few app’s during happy hour. For starters, the rim of my wine glass was loaded with lipstick. My wife ordered wings and specified «well done». Not even close but afraid to send them back. It took 25 minutes at home in the oven to get them right. Their «Konk Chowdah» is not as good as what they used to serve at their old Immokalee location near Airport Pulling Road (now Rusty’s). And my stomach is killing me from the Rosemary chicken salad. Prices are high. Food quality is low. Experience sucked. We will never return. And dim the lights a little please.

Wow. This place was a disaster tonight. We’ve been going here for years during our annual trips to Florida and in the past we boasted they had the best grouper sandwich and fresh catch. This year will be our last trip. Horrendous service (over an hour to get our food and they messed up our order). The fish was horribly overcooked with no blackening seasoning as ordered. The bun for the fish sandwich was terrible and definitely not worth the calories — we all tossed it aside. The waiter claimed our drinks would be free (for the bad service) but we were still charged for half of them. Also we were one of the few tables eating tonight so I can’t even blame the bad service on the crowd.
I actually feel bad for having ever recommended this place to friends. This is my attempt to save others from making the same mistake!

One star is for the oyster shucker. Worst service ever from the bar. We were here visiting family for the Thanksgiving and wanted to watch a college football game. Food reviews looked good. Service reviews were not. But we tried it.
MISTAKE.
Our bartender’s one redeeming quality was … Wait she didn’t have one. Food came out 35 minutes after we ordered. Raw oysters and wings after three other people got their food who arrived after us. Bar was not busy at all. She never followed up if we needed drinks, if the food was ok etc. The sad part is — the food was good but I would NEVER come here again.

Dive bars still need great service.
The bartender doesn’t need to smile, ask me how I am or make friendly chit chat. If I wanted that, I wouldn’t go to a dive bar. What I do expect is to be acknowledged and get drinks in a reasonable amount of time, and for the staff to know a little bit about what they’re serving.
A few weeks ago the bar was slow, I sat down and watched the bartender serve a few people, then wander off to chat with friends by the pool table. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes without a drink. If I wasn’t meeting someone, I would have walked out.
I ordered a beer and a shot of bourbon, was told they didn’t have that kind and then had to pick a second, no, third choice. Bleh. .
Maybe it was an off night.
I like dive bars but it shouldn’t be this hard to get a drink.

Have to say that this place rocks!!! The staff is absolutely phenomenal starting with the GM, Christy… I love the fact that they all just look so
happy to work there and especially Nicole, carrying twins, Alex, Nick
, Don, Sabastian, Melanie (the prettiest innkeeper in the world), Claire, Dee and on and on and on… you too PJ… but kudos to Sage who talked me into trying the OCTOBER FEST! Wow… at $ 6 a pint and you get the 2nd Free… What a Deal… The food is Fantastic and the weekly lunch special menu for $ 7 is unbelievable. All I can say is I visit a lot of establishments and this place is a well oiled machine… If you haven’t been there then use me as a reference… BTW Get a point card to save even more $$$… Thanks to y’all at Pineridge Pelican Larry’s.

My husband and I visited here for dinner last night. What a fun spot! We sat at the bar and just so happened it was happy hour (’til 7p, so generous timing!). Ordered drinks and were given a token for 2nd drink since that would be «after» 7pm.
I wanted mussels– but they were ‘out’. so settled for a buffalo chicken wrap. Hubby had the grilled/​blackened Mahi. His Mahi was fantastically cooked. My chicken was good– but bready and a couple pieces were a bit chewy; not spicy enough.
Live Band started somewhere around 8p and played a bit of country, a few classes, Johnny cash… REALLY enjoyed the music. there is a spot for a dance floor as well, but was a bit early for that. Divey kind of feel, but GREAT service and GREAT music. We will be back when we’re in the area again.

As a family we decided this is the go to spot for a meal. It’s sports bar atmosphere with high quality food at a great price.
The conch chowdah (gotta say it with the –ah) was really good with a great spicy to it. Think a thicker version of New York clam chowder.
The oysters here were fantastic and a bargain compared to other places (around 40% less). While they look gigantic and to be honest a bit gross the Gulf Oysters were my favorite. Uncommon for a large oyster these were very sweet and creamy. The blue points were also good and more on your small-​medium size oyster most expect.
I also ordered the fish and chips and wow the fish was fantastic the breaking was a very light and crisp and locked in the moisture for a perfectly cooked piece of fish.
For the craft beer lovers while they don’t have a huge selection on draft they had some good stuff including some Goose Island.
Great spot for an eat bite to eat with food that is closer to what you expect at a high end fish house than a sports bar.
