History
Established in 2012.
After working in larger gyms, then smaller studios then back to larger gyms, he realized that if he wanted an atmosphere where education and learning never stopped, where decisions would be made not on what would sell the best but rather on what would help the most, he would have to start his own business. Once meeting (his now partner but originally client) Jan Kerrigan, he found someone that shared his vision to create a private studio where professionalism and fun would meet. Symmetry was created in 2013 and the tag line — NO FADS. ALL FITNESS. — was born.

Jay holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Exercise Science/Human Performance with an emphasis on exercise physiology. He is a Muscle Activation Techniques certified specialist through Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and a Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) through the Resistance Training Specialist program. His has clients that seek him out specifically to address the causes of physical issues and pain as well as to
