The Samuel Team at John R. Wood Properties entered the Naples real estate market in 2009 and have been top producers for ever since. In her first year, Karyn won the John R. Rowan and Karyn S.

Business Owner

Karyn was born and raised in Nashua, NH and graduated from the University of New Hampshire and the Dickinson School of Law (Pennsylvania State University) with her Juris Doctorate (J.D.). After law school, she practiced corporate transactional law at Drinker, Biddle and Reath, a large Philadelphia law firm and then worked for several years as a recruiter for both law firms and «in-​house» law positions at Major Hagen and Africa, one of the major recruiting firms specializing in the law profession.

Rowan was born and raised in Zimbabwe (Rhodesia). His family immigrated to the U.S. in 1980 to escape political persecution and settled in the Philadelphia area where he spent 23 years before moving to Naples and falling in love with Southwest Florida. Rowan is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Advertising and spent over 20 years in sales and marketing, working on behalf of Fortune 50 clients, advertising agencies, media firms and high net worth individuals.
