The UPS Store

On Decemeber 9^th (Wednesday)I walked into this location to send out a card card for my son. As you know this is sensitive package and needed to be sent in a timely manner. The owner wife Taura told me if I spent more money it would be in New York in two days. I spent the 9.72 cents to have my package sent. After it not being received and calling the ups in New York they told me they have not even receive it and the track number make it seem like they didn’t even send it out of the store. So I decided to call this location because my son need the credit card to help purchase some ideas for my grandson birthday party. I spoke to an individual who said the package will be delivered by Saturday night and after days later my son called me to say it still was not delivered. I decided to call again and the owner named Ceasar answer the phone with a complete attitude after expressing my concern for the package I told him I will come into the store to handle it with them. He stated that if I came into his store like a raging bull dog he would called the police on me simplify for wanting to know where my package is. Obliviously this place of business has no sense of class or even know how to own a business. I have made calls to the corporate office and I will continue to call and complain until this is dealt with. No individuals should be called names so I thought I should go about telling other people to stay far away from this classless ups store. If you want your packages to be lost and completely talk to disrespectfully go right to this ups location.
