The massage therapist was nice but not really responsive for the request of deep tissue.
When I called for the appointment, I made sure to ask if they had anyone available for deep tissue that was good at it. The receptionist Linda laughed that I tagged on the «that is good at it.» I explained why I said that to her and she said she understood.
Anyhow, Linda arranged the appointment with a therapist stating they were good at deep tissue, offering very good pressure. End result, I paid for deep tissue and got what I would call no more than a relaxation massage, hardly any pressure yet kept asking for pressure during.
Their setup is so awkward at checkout that it is nearly impossible to complain. They do not allow you to decide your tip; yep, an automatic 20% which is unacceptable for a business to tell me what I will be tipping rather than what I should be tipping.
This place is overpriced for the services received and never should you be obliging clients as to the tip, that is for the client to choose.

High prices here and they only offer promotions for new customers (fine print on deals like from Groupon says new customers only). This is not a Las Vegas luxury spa, it is in a strip mall.

Nice, quiet spa. Very relaxing and clean. Had a bikini wax and the person used both regular and hard wax. She did a great job.

Went there during a weekday to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. Kylie did my nails and she is amazing! My pedicure was great and lasts! My feet felt so soft and wonderful afterwards. The best part though was the shellac manicure. I’m not usually a french manicure kind of girl, but her work is meticulous. I have never had a better shellac manicure in my life! I work in healthcare, so even with shellac after about 10 days it starts to look bad at the corners where it got onto my skin and peels from the alcohol rub I have to use on my hands. But not with this manicure! Kylie made sure that none of the shellac was on my skin and the tips were painted on perfect!
The salon is extremely clean and very organic looking, which I appreciate in a spa. U-​topia is so quiet and serene, I didn’t even realize that anyone else was there other than the owner Christin and Kylie! When people came out to pay from the treatment rooms and the sauna I was shocked :) Cristin is a great owner, she is very responsive to her customers and always makes sure that I was taken care of during the entire process.
I also got a spray tan while I was there since I was leaving for vacation the next day. The tan came out great, I didn’t look to orangey or artificial. Just a nice healthy glow. I will definetly be frequenting this spa!

LUV, LUV, LUV this spa! They are quaint and super nice! While on vacation I had the best experience there! Upon the completion of my hot stone massage, found out that the spa lost power! Everywhere BUT my massage room! When I was done with my massage from Sunny — best ever! I had booked a facial — even without power in 90 percent of the spa, they made my facial happen without missing a beat! They ran an extension cord from the massage room to the facial room! Talk about creativity — they were not going to make my day of bliss any less than perfect!

GREAT FIND! Not only is the spa high quality itself but its aestheticians are top of the line as well. Julie worked with me twice while I was on vacation here and was completely thorough in consultation, diagnosis, facial and aftercare. The really enjoy their jobs there and honestly want to help you. I appreciated their full attention, cleanliness and hospitable environment. From beginning to end they were extremely professional and helpful. I didnt feel as though I was being worked and «sold» anything for once. If they had a spa in nyc i would be a regular! Christin the owner really has a great business and staff on her hands and is super knowledgable herself. If youre in Naples it is 100% worth your time and $.
