Out of all the discount dollar stores you’ll find this one is one of the best. This location always has the product on the shelf, not in the aisle. It also seems to have better staff and a larger selection than other locations in the area. I have been here multiple times and never been let down.

This store is my go-to when it comes to paper goods, décor and knick-knacks for party celebrations. I also can outfit my seasonal home with some great kitchen gadgets that I can refresh year after year. Can’t find last year’s pasta strainer ‘cuz it’s in the kids’ sandbox? Just come here and a get a new one. The Dollar Tree differs from other«dollar» stores in that everything is really only a buck — or even, two for a buck. This store is tucked way back in the corner of the Salt Pond Plaza, home to Stop and Shop. The big hit for me is the mylar balloons for a buck. Nothing says«party» like some shiny, mylar ballons. The fact that you can throw a couple balloon bouquets together for under ten dollars is fantastic. The store layout is pretty standard. The store was neat, clean and well-organized on the Saturday afternoon that I was there. They do NOT carry refrigerated /frozen foods because of an agreement with Stop & Shop, according to the cashier up front. I asked her about it since I like to check out the out the italian ice and other frozen tasties that they sometimes offer. Had seen in another review mentioning they had some items on ice. If they did before, that’s no longer the case. I will continue to come here to pick up paper goods and to replace my kitchen gadgetry, as needed. And of course, whenever I need to get my party on… this spot is a must.

I love Dollar Stores. I love to browse knowing I’m not going to break the bank And in a pinch Dollar Stores have so many things that I usually can find something I need. This Dollar Tree store is in a much needed place. Narragansett has nothing like this and it gives Job Lot a run for it’s money as far as cheap stuff goes. The organization makes it easy to find what your looking for so it doesn’t look like a flea market. The manager is a very nice guy who conscientiously has the employes pick up and put away the merchandise. The service is friendly and efficient for the most part. You can buy mylar balloons there and have them filled with helium. They have food including frozen treats and bread as well as spices, canned goods, candy and chips. They have a a separate seasonal aisle and in good weather keep baskets of merchandise outside too. It’s very cheery and not dingy. It’s a great store for college students because it has many home goods for a dollar. It can be very busy but they’re good about adding checkout people. This is one of the nicest Dollar Trees and one of the better Dollar Stores I have ever been in. It’s been here for 2 years at least and hasn’t changed much since it opened. The only complaint I have is that some brands I liked disappeared and didn’t come back.

I was just here yesterday I am always in need of coffee filters… CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN! The cashiers are always friendly, this location is always CLEAN! You can actually get down the aisles, which I know can be difficult at «other» Dollar stores. I am and have always been highly impressed with this particular location. They are always stocking shelves, keeping things in order, and ready to ring you out :) Who knew I could get so excited about a Dollar Store! This is a nice one, I PROMISE!
