History

Established in 1977.

Custom Builders was founded in 1977 by Tim Haynes. He started out specializing in roofing and replacement windows and graduated into new homes. Mr. Haynes was exposed to the construction business at a very early age, he has learned every aspect of residential construction. It was during the 70’s that Mr. Haynes was also able to forge relationships with the many skilled people that still work on his projects today.

In fact, it is the unique bond of loyalty and trust that exists between the Haynes family and their subcontractors that is one of the keys to the success of their projects.
