As usual, a great experience. Table made guacamole, generous margaritas, and great entrees. Pork carnitas, steak quesadilla, and nice enchiladas. The cheese enchilada could have been a little sharper, but all in all great meals. Staff is really nice– all trying real hard.

This place has recently changed owners and the menu. The parking in Down Town Nashua is not the best this place has free parking behind it. It is a short walk but on very cold days or nights its not the best. I’m not a huge fan of the layout of the menu and when reading it is always hard for me to decide I think there is a good variety but it is hard to tell from the descriptions. Of the things I have eaten the food is very good if you like spicy food I think this is one of a few places that actually do give you good heat. I would recommend any of the tacos Mexican style with cilantro and lime. The service has always been good. I would give this a solid 4 on the Eat Me scale.

I love their food, doesn’t seem so processed as other places. And their drinks are amazing!

My friend and I decided to try out this restaraunt since the new ownership took place. We initially wondered why it was so quite on a friday night, now I know why. Let me first out line the pros. Pros– clean, nice décor and atmosphere. The homemade guac made tableside was great. Cons– Wait staff was a little rushy(though it was empty inside). Margueritas weren’t very tasty(weird syrup? not much alcohol either). Later on(maybe 9 or 10pm) there was music BLASTING. We weren’t sure where it was coming from– a bar or club above? But I think it was from the actual restaraunt. Also a little on the pricey side and after what I experienced, I could never justify it as I won’t be returning there. My friend ordered the chicken fajitas. I ordered steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas. The portion size was big and from what I did eat, it was tasty(little did I know what would be following). However, hours after I went home, I began vomiting like never before. I’ve never experienced food poisoning before, and this was my first experience. My friend also felt quite ill so it tells me that for sure it was the food as I don’t have any food allergies and it was clearcut symptoms of food poisoning. I almost needed to go to the hospital for dehydration it was so bad. Two days after we ate there, I called the manager to report the concern as I also was hoping that my phone call might prevent others from getting sick in the future. His response was that while he felt sorry, he questioned if I had a food allergy or something because they had no other complaints from that night. Well first of all, there was hardly anyone in the restaraunt that night and secondly, my friend also felt ill from the food! I didn’t want a gift certificate or anything like that for complaining because I would never return, but there were no gestures offered– money back, free drink, nothing. This is not how you run a good business. I was floored and like I told the manager, I will not be returning.

Chips served hot with fresh salsa, decent portions for entrée(and by that I meant not a big one to put me on a food coma), over the top flan and churros for dessert. My favorite Sunday spot with my family.

My boyfriend and I came here for a late lunch/early dinner on Sunday and the place was literally empty when we walked in. Seriously. Not one customer was there. We both shrugged it off and sat at the bar. It was kind of fishy though, because they had a few big screen TVs playing NFL Sunday, but nobody was in sight. For a place right in the middle of Patriots country, that was a red flag if there ever as one. Still, I think we were just tired and decided to stay put. The service was fine — we were taken care of right away. Other than that, there was nothing spectacular about this place. The food was ok. We didn’t try the drinks, so I don’t know if those were notable in any sort of way. But in terms of Mexican cuisine, this was not the best. Also, vegetarians might find this menu a bit difficult. There were no vegan or vegetarian friendly options, so I had to settle for a crab quesadilla. It did the job, but I think we would have had a better time if there was something of scene going on. I don’t know how this place looks the rest of the week, but on Sunday, it was beyond dead.

When there shortly after it opened. Loud and echoey, the dining room is anything but appealing. The menu about 30 pages too long, with every slight variation of taco or burrito getting it’s own entry. Many of the items had a clipart«NEW» label, which made me wonder how old any item could be in a restaurant that had just opened. The food was mediocre at best, with the highlight being the freshly made guacamole. The house margarita tasted exactly like Mountain Dew, which is to say, terrible. I won’t return

Granted I did not have anything to eat this time but the service I had today would me entice me to. I ordered a margarita stating specific tequila and orange liqueur. As I watched it made she ran out of the tequila I requested and mostly finished with well tequila and then used all triple sec. This process took about 15 mins too, my boyfriend was able to drink a beer we ordered at the same before I got my drink. Then to top it all of I was charged for premium tequila! I made her change the price but she said she could remake them how I wanted, why didn’t that happen the first time?

I’m pretty sure I was just ripped off. Ordered a southern comfort on the rocks. I know… That’s what I drink all the time. It was watered down and cost me as much as if I was in Boston. I like the music though.

The finest wait staff and authentic Mexican food in all of southern New Hampshire. They came to our table and offered fresh guacamole that is made to order on the spot. I enjoyed the margaritas and burrito. My new favorite restaurant! Thank you Agave Azul!

Went here for a late lunch with my brother. We have never been here before and decided to give it a shot. We ordered lemonades which were the typical lemonade you would get from the coke company out of a bag. Used to Newmans Own so will not get that again. When we ate the chips I noticed a salsa guac bar. Guac was way too smooth with no chunks and salsa was not that great. For entrees I got the shrimp with avocado over rice. Was good but thinking I should have ordered a fajita instead. My brother ordered a veggie burrito. Was customized since they had no veggie options. He said the sauce tasted like chef bor a dee quality. Plus no sides came with it. Just a basic cheese burrito. Not impressed.

Me and my girlfriend ate here the other day. She had the seafood fajitas and I had the chicken mole. Both dishes were edible but the proteins were very over cooked. Very. The floor by us was covered with spilled food too. The waiters just kept walking around it. The real interesting thing was when the waiters starting telling the already sitting customers they had to leave because of an unspecified trouble in the kitchen?? ? This was at about 4:30 in the afternoon. Many hours before closing time. The house margarita was pretty good. But better Mexican food is in the Nashua area.

This is my third visit and I have enjoyed my meal each time. We sat at the bar and got there before the«rush». I like the bartenders because the ladies are friendly and they know how to pour a drink. The margaritas are made from scratch other than the house option. We watched them squeeze a lot of limes and lemons! We ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeño appetizer which is very flavorful and is not spicy. We requested the fresh guacamole but we were informed the avocados were not ripe. I appreciated their honesty and for not serving us something that would not be the best. I love their chips and homemade salsa which are complimentary. I ordered the fish and shrimp tacos. They were ok and nothing I would order again. The seafood portion was extremely small and had minimal flavor. The two salsa sides were wonderful that was served with the dish. The rice and beans were good and traditional.

Second time here and both times I’d say it was good, but could be better. It’s in line with La Carreta or El Tapatio(both local), but better than Margaritas. The dishes were tasty, but typical presentation and nothing wowing puts them solidly at 3-stars. With all that said, it’s a good place for a quick lunch and marg.

I have gone here a handful of times for lunch and once for dinner(last night). Each time I have been the service has been good, the staff has been very polite and helpful, and the food has been delicious. The salsa and margaritas are great and the food is always hot and seasoned perfectly. My one complaint is the music. The volume has been so loud at times it was difficult to have a conversation with people at my table and, sometimes, like yesterday, the uncensored(Spotify?) music selections are pretty offensive. I’m hard to offend but eating next to a table with small children while«f*ck you, motherf*cker» came loudly through the speakers during one song was pretty uncomfortable. Turn down the music in the dining area a little and maybe check the content on some of the songs and they’d be golden.

Bartender suggested the pulled pork enchiladas mole. It was not in the menu and it was excellent. Service was great. Highly recommend sitting at the bar and watching soccer. Excellent atmosphere.

Should not have gone back after our first bad experience. First time service was slow. Good was ok. And when it was time for the bill they completely messed it up! The next time my friends and I were in there for 20 mins and left. Terrible service and when they finally bought out chips THEYHADMOULDONTHEM! we showed it to the waitress and the manager saw what was happening and didn’t say a word. We waited for someone to come out and apologise or even give us some fresh chips and nothing happened. When we told the manager we were leaving her response was«ok bye». Have been telling everyone to stay away!

Is there any less of a score that I can give… Horrible service, dirty, drinks are all made with Bacardi… My friends and I ordered different drinks they all tasted the same cheap and syrupy. Restaurant itself is dirty, seen clothes and writes liked on top of fridge near bar, bathroom filthy sink detached from wall, food was poorly cooked high salt no flavor. Poor table service our waiter was also the bartender. Do not go here if you want Mexican head over to plaza azteca. Made it our alive and 70 bux poorer

Service was awesome our waitress Jose went out of his way to make this evening nice, they did not have some items on the menu but they did make agua De Jamaica on my request which was awesome nice! Not truly authentic Mexican but that doesn’t mean food is not wicked delicious. Didn’t bring the dessert menu. Loved the Latin vibes of the place. I’m 100% Mexican so I can be harsh on my rating.

Stopped for early dinner at Agave Azul Hoping that we found a hidden jewel Ordered wine after wanting Stoli Had great table side guacamole The waiter, Marco, was one of the best He treated me like a special guest Red wine? Or should I have white? Marco brought both and it was just right. The food was so good – only one doggy bag That was enough to make this doggy’s tail wag.
