Ok. While waiting a long time for our pricey order of two salads and two smoothies(over $ 30), noticed all tables were dirty. I mentioned this to woman making our salads(who seemed to be in charge) and she said, «we can’t do anything about the stickiness. We’re working on solving that issue.» I said never mind the stickiness. It needs a good wash. «Ok» So after they called my name when order was ready, same woman asked where I was sitting so she could bring smoothies when ready. Well we were sitting there but all tables are still dirty. You really should clean them. «Ok. I’ll have her do it» was response. At least she seemed nicer this time. So after about another 20 minutes finally I saw an employee wipe tables. I’m sorry — in restaurant business, cleanliness should be a priority. It wasn’t that busy at 3:00 and they had half dozen employees so I don’t understand why they weren’t on top of this. With that said, the food WAS very good and quite different. I may give them one more try as the Lucy blue smoothie was delicious. Maybe they were just having a bad day???

It’s okay. As a vegetarian, it’s a nice somewhat fast option, but the food was underwhelming. If you’re going for healthy and just need some calories, I’d recommend it.

Probably the worst over priced lunch I’ve ever experienced. My wife ordrered the avacado citrus salad for $ 8.69, basically half a salad showed up. I ordered a veggie burger and side Chicken Caesar salad, buger was mediocre and the salad had dry brown tipped romaine lettuce throughout with overcooked dried out chicken. Think I’m going to «B Good» to myself and not go back.

A little slower than the other b goods but the food has been great the 3 – 4 times I’ve been there. One of the managers gave me attitude when I helped myself to a cup I’d paid for while I waited for my late order.

Delicious burgers. Love the Maine Root soda selection. Smoothies are all right. Only ever been during the afternoon, during which times it’s never busy. Friendly staff. Sometimes the food takes a while to get out but it’s never been too long of a wait.

Stopped into B. Good in hopes of a somewhat quicker(quicker than a full sit-down restaurant) meal before seeing a movie on a Saturday night. There were a handful of customers in front of us in line, and it took almost 10 minutes before we could even get to the counter to get our order in. Once we ordered, we waited over 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and an order of fries. The kitchen(transparent) seemed disorganized and also moved at the same glacial speed as the ordering line. It’s easy to get excited reading the menu choices because there are a lot of creative and healthy combinations. The food was better on paper than what was actually served, unfortunately. The burgers were bland and a little overcooked. Again, the toppings sound great, with trendy crowd-pleasers like avocado, bacon, and aiolis, but all together the combinations didn’t really work and the burgers just came off as dry. The sweet potato fries were barely even warm, much less hot, and they had zero taste. If we wanted to spend $ 25 and upward of an hour for a basic meal, we could have gone to a number of other places and actually enjoyed food that tasted like something.

I went there with my wife and daughter one night. We ordered three different burgers, we did not like all three of them. What they put on burger seem fresh, but the burgers are as bland as you can get. Also, quantity of fries are not that much. I saw a lot of people ordering salads and I guess that is what I should have ordered. I guess for someone who is looking for healthy stuff, this might be the place. However, if you are interested in taste, this is not the place. I much prefer Five Guys.

First off I’ll say my wife Jenny and I love the food here and have been recently ordering at least once a week for a couple months now. With that said, it’s going to stop. Our last three takeout orders have had the following issues. 1) Missing extra chicken and still charged. 2) Missing chicken on an item that was supposed to come with chicken without ordering extra. 3) got the order right but has a nice long brown/blonde hair in it. I have my head and my wife is a brunette so it’s not ours. Plus with it being seal with a lid prior to opening it couldn’t possibly be from our car or house. Being regulars at many restaurants in town we tend to be loyal customers once we find a place we really like. As I said, love the found but can’t excuse multiple takeout order mistakes and then a hair so large I don’t know how it wasn’t noticed while preparing. It’s just unfortunate.

Disappointing to say the least! Been to the Burlington Mass. location several times and absolutely loved it, but this location is another story. BEYOND slow… Took 20 minutes for 2 burgers, a turkey burger and a chicken sandwich and the place was practically empty when we got there. As if the wait wasn’t bad enough, all 3 burgers were over cooked. We sat in one of the booths and noticed that there were little gnats all over the wall beside us and started flying around the table when we finally got our food. We would’ve moved to another table, but they were everywhere. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands before we left and that was even worse! Seriously, how is this place even open?

I love this place! It’s not the cheapest but the ingredients are always fresh and consistently delicious! I’ve had almost everything on the menu and it’s always good though I tend to stick to the quinoa bowls now. The people that work here are always so sweet. Especially one guy named Kevin that’s been here for a while. Always smiling always super nice. I tried to call in my order today to save some time since I was on break from work and ended up being hung up on after being on hold for a couple minutes. It wasn’t a big deal at all. And when I came in Kevin asked if that was me, apologized and gave me a free smoothie. Soooo nice! And extremely delicious. I’m glad I came in. They put me in a great mood and I had some great food while I was at it.

I’m not against high prices, but this place is extreme considering the taste and quantity. Quantity — Fries came in a bag the size of a McDonald’s small kids fry. Burger was average in size, but toppings were sparse. Taste — Bland, dry and uninspiring. It tasted like my cooking back when I was new to the kitchen and didn’t know you could ruin chicken by cooking it too long, or what seasoning was. Quality — Fresh ingredients I’m sure, they sure looked it. This was the only redeemable part of the visit. Again, this place is just silly expensive for what they give. Value is at an absolute 0. ~nX

Rudest staff ever. Hey honestly couldn’t care less whether you’re happy. They make it visibly obvious that they’re annoyed at you for coming in and you’re nothing but a burdensome interruption in their conversation. They also don’t care if your food is good either. It’s a shame. It used to be such a good place. Maybe hire some people who aren’t jerks and see if you can bring it back to what it was last year.

Enjoyed both of my meals. Salads are creative and flavorful. When it comes to fresh ingredients, it is hard to beat thus place. Vegan friendly, just ask them to hold the cheese. Only down side was the sweet potato fries. They need to be much crispier.

This is a pretty cool spot. Obviously everything is fresh and tasty; however the menu is a bit pricy. The location is prime, so I’m sure the overhead is high, but still…$ 9+ for a smoothie and fries? I will be back because the kale smoothie was great, but probably won’t be a regular due to cost.

I was a little nervous after reading some poor reviews for this particular B Good, but I’ve never had a bad experience with the chain before so I went anyways. Two burgers, a fry, and two drinks were only $ 20, which is a GREAT deal considering all their ingredients are locally sourced and fresh, and that the refillable drinks they offer cost quite a bit when bought outside of B Good. The burgers were great, not«flimsy» as another review stated. My only issue may be that the burger I got and the burger my boyfriend got were cooked very differently(without specification). Mine was rare, which is 100% fine with me and actually how I prefer my burgers, and my boyfriend’s was medium, which is also conveniently how he prefers his burgers. We were obviously fine with this, but other customers may not like the inconsistency. Another minor thing is that I found out the chain no longer offers a buffalo burger or carry any buffalo sauce. The staff was very kind and helpful and suggested other sauces instead. They do have Sirarcha(?) and Tabasco sauce available by the drinks, but I’m not a big fan of either of those on burgers. I guess it’s a growing pop culture thing, though.

The burgers here are very tasty and creative. Prices are fairly reasonable($ 6 – 11) considering the quality ingredients you’re getting. Portions are not very large but the food is satisfying. The lemonades are great and very unusual. They usually have strawberry, rosemary and beet ginger. The smoothies are packed full of fruits and veggies but not particularly sweet. I think a touch of honey would make them lreally good. They have some chairs and tables outside which is handy for a nice day, even if it is overlooking busy D.W. Highway. I recommend signing up for the rewards club – free burger for your birthday and a free fries when you first sign up!

My wife and I ordered burgers and fries to go. It was around 8:30 on a Saturday night, so I do understand quality may not be at its best nearing closing time. I worked in food service years ago so I get it, employees want to close up and get on with their night. But there should still be a minimum expectation and this simply did not meet it, not even close. Unfortunately what we ended up getting were two hockey pucks that were inedible to go along with cold fries. The burgers were so sloppily made they more resembled a McDonald’s burger with a tiny shriveled patty and«toppings» thrown on without care. I can’t stand McDonald’s, but even if the prices were the same, I’d have chosen the McDonald’s burger over the B Good burger in this particular case. Factor in that it cost me over $ 20 for two burgers and two fries and it left me, needless to say, rather disappointed. To their credit, I drove all the way back to their store to let them know how bad my burger was(something I don’t do ever, but it was that bad) and they quickly offered to refund all of my money, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately, it took over 2 weeks and multiple phone calls for them to actually credit my account after a slew of mishaps. I’ve had B Good at other locations and really enjoyed it in the past. Normally, I’d give them a second chance just based on that. But in this case the burgers were so awful that I will not try B Good ever again. My belief is that if a restaurant charges a premium price that’s fine, but they better make sure that their quality control is on point all the time. They must always provide a premium product at that price point.

Finally a burger place that doesn’t make me feel guilty after I eat. There is a list of types of burgers that can be made with veggie, chicken or beef patties. I tried the veggie my husband had beef. Both were excellent as we tried each others. We shared fries which were not greasy at all. I loved the map that showed all the local new england places that the food we were eating came from. Even the soda is from New England. Eating local is very important to me. Loved it! Can’t wait to go back.

B. Good is a fast casual farm to table restaurant chain, which opened in Nashua almost a month ago. They offer a variety of fresh burgers, fries, salads, kale & quinoa bowls, smoothies, shakes, and self serve Maine Root fountain drinks. The ingredients used here come from regional sources around New England. I stopped here for takeout recently. I promptly ordered and paid for a kale & quinoa bowl at the counter, but I waited a while(13 minutes) for my food to be ready since the place was very busy. I watched the staff in the open kitchen area hard at work churning out orders to be picked up by waiting customers(they call your order and name our when ready). I ordered the Local Apple & Bacon Quinoa Bowl($ 8.99 plus tax, $ 9.80 total), which had a mix of organic quinoa, kale, avocado, VT bacon, apple, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. The food I had tasted fresh and good(not great) and the portion size was modest with consisting of plenty of chopped kale and quinoa. I plan to try one of their burgers with sweet potato fries on a future visit, though I saw the burgers here looked small. 3.5÷5.0
