Took the family there yesterday… the empty restaurant should have been the sign… not blown away by the service… with very few people there you would think that the General Manager would check on our service and the food… that did not happen… my steak was under cooked… the serving size was small as well… looks like this will be my last trip to this chain… too many other choices…

I wish I could be more positive regarding this restaurant. It’s nicely decorated, and the wait staff was friendly, well informed and helpful. The food was, at best, mediocre. The steak was overdone, the baked potato overdone, and the cheesecake we ordered for dessert was microwaved. There are probably ten places within two miles that I would go before I go back.

Bummer all around. The burger saved the day– along with the lovely server… Onion soup was flavorless. Fries were hot, but so soggy! Toughest chicken«tenders» ever– think the chicken was cut wrong. They were served hot, however. Spinach dip was bland: some salt and pepper, garlic, cheese with a ping would have made it good…

The low tier of family eat in restaurants. Food is presented better than fast food, but quality of food is only modestly better. Lots of sodium that tastes delicious at first but leaves much to be desired after the meal. Animatronic figures of wildlife creatures very similar to the well-worn Chucky cheese guys. Service is prompt and friendly.

So, my mother and I decided to eat here before we had a day of shopping. It’s pretty rare she comes down from Northern NH so I was excited to spend time with her. We sat at the bar, because we wanted a quick exit. Unfortunately, we sat there for a good 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Very disappointing. We saw the bartender doing something off to the side but it certainly wasn’t bringing us menu’s or drinks. We finally, get menus, order drinks and apps and even though the restaurant was fairly empty it seemed to take a little while. Which, okay, maybe they had to prep and cook. However, a table behind us had a gentleman start to choke and his friend had to give him the Heimlich maneuver. Luckily, he was OK but I did joke to my mom, maybe he was thirsty. We were really disappointed that the bartender didn’t come back to check on us until our meal was done and we were not offered refills on our drinks. All that being said, I decided to get another drink before we left. It did not taste anything like the first drink I was given and the same bartender made it. We actually did enjoy our spinach dip that we got but the rest of the meal was unremarkable. We were really disappointed in the service and told ourselves, perhaps, we would have been better off sitting at a table instead of the bar. We’ll skip this place next time and just go elsewhere.

I went their with my girlfriend a few days ago and I was so disappointed with the quality of food that we had. I’ve been to the one in Bedford when it was open and I never had a bad Experience I went their for years with my family. I ordered the snow bird chicken with potatoes and beans and the whole meal was cold and the chicken looked like a shriveled up french fry. My girlfriends meal was also cold she ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and said it tasted like it was half cooked. This used to be my favorite places to go and I’m really disappointed in the money that I spend for the quality that I received. The only good note was the waiter we had was a really great but I don’t think I will return sadly.

Hostess seemed confused where to even seat us even though half the dinning room was empty. She suggested we sit in the bar area. Service from the bartender was fine but the food was just a salt filled mess. I had a steak sandwich and my girlfriend had meatloaf but both items where flavorless(other than all the salt) and clearly the meatloaf was reheated because it came out fast and was still cold. What can you expect from a chain I guess, but if I am paying I expect the food to taste better than a prison or school lunch.

I have to say I have witnessed the bartender talking down to and harassing many employees and the manager is ok with it. This is nonsense and unacceptable. The menu is not written well at all. It does not describe what you will receive with each meal. The menu is poorly written in the sense that you do not know what you are getting with each meal. Also, there is too little contrast on the menu in terms of color. This place is lost. When I was reading the menu I felt that I did not know what I was getting and when I did it was $ 18 for a small steak and one side. When you have high menu prices and low food costs, it does not save you money in the long run because your customer does not come back. Every employee is not working hard enough, ie — not making you money. Apparently the people running this place do not know how to make a profit in the long run, and how to make people come back. If you want to know how contact me and pay me. I will make you money. I can run circles around all these people. They do not know what they are doing. They just exist at their job and this is not enough to succeed.

Staff is the best ever. Literally. They’re all extremely nice and the manager Steve is very nice too. The hostess is always nice and the food is exceptional. People say the restaurant caters to kids but that’s not true really. Great atmosphere. Great food at a great price. 5 stars !

If you thrive on salt this place us for you. Ordered pork chops and tasted like a salt lick. Waitstaff is upbeat. However they interupt your meal way to many times to ask how food is. Just leave me alone. Might go back but most likely wont. Some frozen products and bagged salads.

Was hoping to grab a quick lunch on the way to Home Depot. Food took forever. My wife’s «rare» burger was a well done dried up hockey puck. My food was cold and inedible. The manager said that they weren’t expecting so many people. We thought that was a lame excuse. Isn’t that why you are in business? At least the onion soup was good so we weren’t completely starving when we left. I hadn’t been therein years, now I remember why.

We started with Captain Morgan and Eggnog… Soo good, what ever they use to rim the glasses with is perfect! Then the Alpine grilled salad was perfect, every thing was very fresh! The service was excellent! Thanks you Mary great job.

Sent steak back as it was over cooked. Mushroom and onions had sat all day. Carrots were raw. Not a great place and not going back. The talking moose every five minutes is a joke. Once is cute but 10 times is very annoying. Surprised this chain can survive

Horrible experience! Just leaving there and on a Friday night at dinner time there was maybe 10 tables! I knew why once we sat down and ordered and that’s because it’s freezing in there! We ended up taking our food to go because my feet were literally ice cubes! Wish I tried the good inside because the snowbird chicken was basically raw. What a waste of $$ and a Friday night!

Our waitress was great. Other than that when we walked in the Hostess was on the phone talking to her friend and we had to wait for her. Also the burgers are frozen? Also the chicken wasn’t even warm for the salad so we knew it wasn’t freshly cooked. Food came out real fast but there was a reason for that. Won’t eat there ever again

I have had only bad experiences at this location the handful of times I have been here on the last two or so years. The food has gone downhill, and the service is even worse overall. Long waits to order or even get drinks, never mind getting someone’s attention. Won’t be back.

Wow has this place gone down hill. My little girl loves to eat and now it’s a chore to get her to eat when we’re there. A change in menu, maybe a year ago prompted our ‘let’s skip it’ attitude towards this place. *BLAND* burgers, salads with either chicken or shrimp are just not good. It’s too bad, things just seem to be falling apart all over the place. My last experience involved a grilled chicken sandwich; I received 75% gristle & fat on a nice bun. I didn’t say anything of course — a smile & it’s fine kept me from having to explain my disappointment. If we do pop in, in the near future, it *may* be for an appetizer, hear the Buffalo talk & leave. And to think, I actually signed up for & presented the rewards card numerous times … how many rewards do I now flush down the toilet. Again, sad.
