I recently bought an engagement ring from Cardin Jewelers. Upon my first visit, I was warmly greeted by Karen and I described my somewhat atypical request to her. She was extremely knowledgable and helped educate me on some different factors to consider in my search for the perfect ring. After a couple trips back, and with much patience on Karen’s part, I found the ring I had envisioned. The staff was extremely helpful in choosing the right gemstone and ensuring that everything was to my liking. They were accommodating of an accelerated timeline for getting the ring back in the shop in time to be picked up before I proposed and their communication was excellent. typically I use Unilocal as an outlet for food service & experience… but i found my experience here quite horrifying & felt the need to share. The people who «run» the place are nothing more than miscreants from the sales to the management. When I asked a question in regards to «quality» I was treated as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I have found much better service at places just feet from Cardin’s front door. After my most recent dealings in regards to ring I was looking to have re-set…i will go else where!

My family has been going here for YEARS. The Cardin family still runs this great Main Street business that is very customer-​oriented. Your attention might be caught walking by their windows, or you may linger before going in because of the variety of displays that lead to their front door.
Inside there is something for every taste. You may like modern or traditional, and they have the full range. Tim Cardin even hunts for great antique and estate pieces which fill two cases. There is also a wall of clocks if that’s the type of gift for which you’re searching. If you always have problems shopping for a lady in your family, or want to start a nice tradition to grow with a girl you know, they have a selection of charms, and necklaces where you add a pearl for special occasions until one day, voila! You’ve got a full pearl necklace that will be passed down in the family.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, they can find it. My parents wanted to fill a birthday wish for me, so they went here and the Cardins looked until they found exactly what I wanted. If you need help looking for engagement & wedding rings, they’re a big help. I have worked in jewelry stores (national chains, not here) and they really focus on quality through a wide range of prices.
