D & E Taxi

Lady charged me a different rate than was quoted and when I asked about it, she threatened to call the Police! An top of that the car smells, and she swears constantly. Obviously low class, she should go shine shoes. Lets help her.

Ride at your own risk, in a 10^th of a mile I saw passing in a no passing zone and a right turn where none allowed.

Needed to get a ride to from dentist to Walgreen’s then home after I had dental work. I wasn’t able to drive after dental work.
Called week in advance, then day before to make sure everything was set for time of pickup. The «lady» said both times she had the information while she was eating. I hate people that speak while they have a mouth full of food.
So, there I am with mouth packed with gauze, 45 min after scheduled pickup, NOTHING. I called 4 times, NOTHING. 5^th time, she sounded drunk, and unable to understand her babbles. Obviously didn’t show up. Thankfully another cab company answered and helped me.

AWFUL!!! Single mom stranded from out of state. They said 15 min. I waited an hour AND STILL NO TAXI! Called back 3 xs! No one answered or called me back. DO NOT CALL THESE LOSERS! The fat lady thy answered the phone was rude too! U could tell she was fat, she just sounded it!

If you a like an unprofessional, rude and smelly experience in a taxi service then D&E is for you. If you don’t mind setting an appointment a day in advance and then be ½ hour late WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A CALL TO LET YOU KNOW. D&E is for you. To top it off I let it slide and allow them to pick me up the next morning to take me to the train station. I scheduled it for the next morning. 10 mins after the scheduled pick up I call them. Oops we forgot. Driver says. «my bad». No big deal, thanks for making me miss my train and late for work. Here’s $ 50.00. No don’t offer a discount or anything for your lack of customer service. They act as if they are the only taxi company in the area with the way they take customers for granted. All the while smoking in the car while talking trash about other local taxi companies. I did have an appointment for them to pick me up on the way back from work at the same station later that day but I decided to go ahead and take my business elsewhere. 10 mins after they were supposed to pick me up, they call wondering where I was. I told the «owner”/dispatch whinch of the company of my horrible experience and told her I am taking my business elsewhere. Instead of apologizing and asking what she could do to remedy the situation, she proceeded to cuss me out and threaten to spread the word in the taxi community because I left her driver hanging this time. Unbelievable. She also threatened to take me to court for texting her after she cowardly hung up on me. What an idiot. Trust this consumer. DO NOT go with them. You would be better off on a skateboard towed by a bicycle than to go with his joke of an outfit. Negative 5 stars white trash biaatch.
