Most of us have been there. You have an accident, and it becomes such a hassle to figure out how you’re going to get your car fixed. You worry about how the work will be done. And if you’re like me, you love your car and you want it to come out looking as good as before you had your accident.
The folks at Dave Illg’s are fantastic. I’ve been there twice, once four years ago and once this week. They are amazing. The work was done within the quoted time, if not a bit earlier in the day than I expected. When I went to pick the car up, I think it was the owner that helped me and made sure that everything went well and they exceeded my expectations.
When it came time for payment, he asked if I had received the check from Geico and I hadn’t. I thought that Geico would have written the check out to them, but I guess there was some confusion. I thought for sure I’d be on the hook for the whole bill, but the owner charged me only my deductible because I had been there before, and told me that if I got the check to give him a call. Such a class act.
I normally don’t write reviews about these places, but these people are really amazing. My RAV4 looks amazing, just as good as when I bought it, and I’m thrilled by how quick they worked. Do yourself a favor and come here. They will make it a seamless process for you!

I brought my GMC pickup in for repair { someone backed down the side of my truck while sanding our parking lot}, they replaced the complete panel and did a super job. You can’t ever tell it was replaced. Over the course of a year I had some rust appear on the wheel well probably from a rock chip. I showed it to Dave the owner who said” bring it in we might have not got enough paint in there and well fix it for you”. They repainted the whole side and reconditioned the whole truck at no charge a year later! That is exceptional customer service. I recommend them all the time and have never had anyone come back and tell me they had a less than awesome experience.

This was a couple years ago, but I’m just getting around to review. Dave Illg’s shop did a great job with my Toyota Yaris and within my Geico quote. It came out looking like nothing ever happened and the turn around time was good too.

I brought my car in on Monday morning for a front bumper repair and had my car back by Tuesday afternoon. I find it amazing what Auto body shops can do these days when it comes to repairs. The bumper was cracked and somehow they are able to repair it instead of replacing the entire bumper.
