Just leased a new 2016 Silverado for our business and the process could not have gone smoother. Dealt with Paul LaRoche the commercial sales manager and he arranged everything, even sending a salesman to our business in Massachusetts so we could sign the paperwork. I purchase many vehicles for our company and I know all the tricks, schemes, and nonsense. There was NONE of that here. I wouldn’t hesitate doing this all over again.

It’s been a month since I have received my new 2015 Corvette Stingray (and I am so incredibly happy with it), and I see MacMulkin still has the 2014 I was looking at. LOL As mentioned in my review, it’s one year newer than the one at MacMulkin, and to top that off, I paid the same price for my 2015 I would have paid MacMulkin for their 2014! Sounds mean, but I have to say I have never experienced such a cavalier attitude from a car dealership, they deserve to keep that car. Laughing in California…

It’s scary buying a car 2,000 plus miles away but it was worth the wait, my salesman was Mark and he did a great job even texting me back on his days off. My mistake was trying to get the car shipped myself to save a few hundred, trust me let them do all the work it’s worth it. At the end of the day I now have a z06 corvette, I would have bought local but I saved 30,000 going out of Reno, thanks again Mark for the beautiful car !

Absolutely appalling service. These people are the epitome of incompetence. Do not do business with these people if you value your sanity. I have gone in for five major service repairs and five times the repairs were excellent but it was a damn nightmare to get the work done. One time I went in, I was told the warranty was only covered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the other time I went in the warranty was only covered on Wednesdays. Having to do for different warranty jobs they said one warranty repair for each visit, four different warranty repairs required for different visits. This is absolutely unbelievable. I can’t believe a company gets away with this crap. It has been an absolute nightmare with all of thw arguments. Several times I’ve had to leave the truck at the dealership for more than a month to get the work done only to go back the next month and try to get it done on a different day. It is absolutely unbelievable a company can operate like this and still be in business.

I’ve used Mac Mulkin for both the body shop (thanks to someone running a red light) and service department for my Silverado. I can say I am very disappointed in both. There is a huge lack of attention to detail. The first being that they put the wrong decal on the side of my truck when it was repaired. The second is that two weeks after I picked up my truck, I noticed that both a reverse light and brake light was out. With the low miles on my truck, I could only assume that happened during the accident, but I’ll give them the benefit of doubt that it may have been working when they returned the truck to me. I was due for the first oil change, so I went back to the service department and mentioned the lights. When I picked the truck up again, the lights were still not working. I’ve vowed to never use Mac Mulkin again and actually ended up getting the lights fixed at Quirk in Manchester. That’s who will be handling all future repairs on my truck.

Bought a 2016 Corvette. I had sent out several emails to the top Corvette dealers in the country with my list of options and these guys came in with the best price. I ordered the car and it was built about a month later. I had the car courtesy delivered to a dealer in Orlando and picked up the car there.
Everything about the experience was top notch. I have purchased nine Corvettes in the past twenty years, this by far was the easiest one yet.

Easiest car buying experience from a dealer I’ve ever had. I dealt with Karl mainly, but I believe the sales team is just that, a team and shares everything. I didn’t physically go in or see their faces or their facility, the fact I was able to get everything thing done via fed ex, text, and email was all I could have asked for. No there was no haggling or dealership nonsense. I intend to by a Z06 very soon, and I will be returning here.

I bought a 2016 corvette from McMaulkin in April 2015. This dealer was able to get me the car I wanted and have it built and delivered by June 22. the sales staff I delt with, Mark, and Chris were outstanding. They guided me thru the buying process and it was the best car buying experience iv ever had. There was absolutely ZERO pressure! No sales BS. If you want to buy a corvette, by all means give this dealership a try, you won’t go wrong.

Anthony Raad did a great job and followed through on all work that was to be done. Also called me back as a follow up to make sure everything was ok with my 2014 Impala LTZ.

Anthony was awesome! The service was spot on and quick (I elected to wait since having driven up from Worcester). I was nervous about dropping off my Camaro 1LE. I have never been pleased with any dealer service department until now. While it was close to an hour drive from my house, my friends at
were spot on with their recommendation. I will certainly be back!

2014 Stingray for routine service and check of a tire issue. Service was prompt, extremely helpful. Work was great. Facility was the best that I have seen! Who ever heard of a dealership with a café?!!

Purchased a new 2015 Vette with a Museum Delivery. Bought from MacMulkin based on feedback from Corvette Forum being so positive. Doing the whole transaction via FedEx was flawless. We were treated very well and were kept informed along the process. I would HIGHLY recommend your dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing a new vehicle, but especially a new Corvette with Museum Delivery.

I ordered a 2015 Corvette late Jan. and it was delivered to me in Calif. in late April.
Overall it was a great experience. Mac Mulkin Chevrolet made me a great deal on the Corvette. I was in contact with Mr. Ron Ignelzi weekly. He kept me informed thought out the build process. Nice man. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone wanting to buy a new Corvette. I would do this again. Well worth it. Be patient, it takes awhile.

I have gone through purchasing many vehicles in my lifetime, for not only myself but for friends and family. This was the first time that we have chosen to lease a vehicle. I found the website after a commercial and went through the steps to look at the vehicles I was considering. After going on many different dealers websites I did chose the 2015 Chevy Trax here at Mac Mulkin Chevrolet. We then did the online credit application and were called within 10 minutes to schedule a test drive. I had a great conversation and was told that I would be met by my sales and leasing specialist. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by Kelcey Przybyla and advised the the vehicle was all ready for the test drive. We drove around and I loved the car it had everything I wanted and the experience was everything I was promised. I had already agreed on the terms and price before I ever arrived there and everything was almost exactly as told. This was the easiest, no stress car buying experience ever. Great customer service Hassle free and I am so happy. I have already shared my experience with so many I just wish Mac Mulkin could assist my son who lives in an other state because they would get another satisfied customer for sure. I brought in a 2015 Corvette Z51 for the 500 mile oil change, any applicable software updates. In addition, during the 100 mile ride to MacMulkin, the XM radio stopped working, with a message that signal was blocked.
The oil and filter change was done, there were no updates, and the XM radio problem could not be duplicated. On the way home, the XM radio worked perfectly.
Waiting room was pleasant, and I went upstairs to say hello to the Corvette team and see the Z06 cars in inventory.
Enjoyed a free bottled water. Very nice!

Because of a crappy warranty that I got through mcmulkin I was forced to use their service department… Every time is a mess. Last time they released the car to my wife with the brake caliper was frozen, she drove it away causing more damage!!! It wasn’t frozen when we brought it in for a transmission issue. The crazy thing they knew it was frozen but they said my wife needed the car to pick up the kids!!!
Go somewhere else if you can, I can’t.

I bought a 2015 Stingray with courtesy delivery from the factory at a local dealer. Great price, communicated well throughout the purchase, factory ordering and courtesy delivery process. I’d buy from MacMulkin again in a heartbeat. I couldn’t beat their price and I tried every way I could. If you want the best deal and sales experience shop MacMulkin Corvettes. The BEST Corvette dealer in the world!

This used to be a good dealership but I think they got rid of a few good people. Now they are spending more time and money on TV commercials and less time on customer service. We had tires replaced in August and they put the wrong size tires on our Cadillac ! They never would have even noticed this but I saw the same SKU for all four tires when I was paying the cashier and questioned this. We also overpaid for the tires and have been waiting almost four months now for the refund they promised us ! Waiting… waiting…waiting…that is the name of their game…
And, by the way, we are purchasing a new car… it will NOT be a car from this dealership !

I went to MacMulkin to have the recall on my car fixed. I left the dealership and when I went to start my car for the second time, it wouldn’t start. I brought the car back and they told me that it was a simple problem and that they had fixed it. The next morning I woke up to begin a road trip and my car wouldn’t start again. I finally figured out that it was my remote starter that was the problem.
The dealership said that people have been having problems with their remote starters not working after having this recall fixed and they told me that I was now responsible for going and getting my remote starter fixed. My father then called (because we all know that dealerships treat women like they have half a brain) the GM and had to explain to him numerous times that my car worked when I walked into their dealership and when I left it was broken. Finally they agreed to make an appointment with me and take a look at it.
All in all– MacMulkin has terrible customer service. They didn’t even know my car had a remote starter. Wouldn’t you think that if it had been a problem with other customers, that they would start asking customers if they have a remote starter before fixing the recall? Also the woman that works at the front desk was trying to tell me that my key has a chip in it and it was my fault that the car wasn’t starting because I used the old key. She was completely pulling that out of her a$$ and should probably not speak at all if she has no idea what she is talking about. If you need your recall fixed, or any other work done on your car, I would strongly advise you to choose a different dealership.
