I saw Mary for a therapeutic massage — she is amazing! She is such a fantastic body-​worker. If you’ve ever been lucky enough to find one of those magical massage therapists who eases tension you didn’t even know you had, you know what a rarity the skill is. Mary has it! I came to her seriously injured with compounded muscle problems from both overuse and too much sitting. She got me moving again and back in working order. I feel incredibly grateful to have come across her while on vacation in New Hampshire. The only disappointing element of my whole experience is that I only had time to see her twice!

This place is a mixed bag. The people working here rent their spaces so they basically work for themselves. I had one gal do my hair great for a number of months but then she seemed aloof and tired and haircut was always the same so I stopped going. Too much yakking going on between hairdressers and stations are set up weirdly at odd angles. There’s a side room near the chairs where the gals congregate and yak more. I’ve been to Supercuts and found a more professional atmosphere than Marc Anthony.

Looking for down to earth salon with talented staff and something for everyone any style anywhere this is your place! Best colorist you’re going to find!

Are you serious? I guess all the stylists are renters. Well, we had the misfortune to get Holly as a stylist for my daughters prom up due. Talk about unprofessional. Not only was her attitude horrendous, we left before she could finish with my daughter in tears because it looked so bad. Thankfully another stylist followed us out and offered to help. I won’t mention anymore names because I don’t want the other woman to be associated with this negative review. The manager of the salon said that it wasn’t the first time someone had complains about Holly, hopefully I am the last.

I’ve been to Marc Anthony several times. 3 times for hair cuts and once for a massage. Every time was awesome!
For my hair cuts, there was no wait and each girl, while completely different in personality and technique, did a great job! I loved the tips I received from each of them.
My massage from Massage Bliss was amazing! It was my first professional one and I was nervous but Sera made me feel comfortable and knows her stuff!

I never read the reviews here before going, and I am glad that I didn’t because based on them, I would not have come here. THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Even when it is very busy they will do their best to fit you in, and they don’t make you feel rushed either. I get my hair done by Andrea (Dre) and she is AWESOME! I love my hair after every visit and I have finally found my go-​to salon, give them a try you won’t regret it!

Left here over a year ago. Stylist was fine initially, left me to sit with color and came back high as a kite or drunk as a skunk — you pick.
She was falling on me, hitting me in the face and neck with blow dryer, etc.
Owner was aware but did nothing. Really? Not only were clients at risk, so was her business!

I wish I could give this less than one star !
ABSOLUTE WORST mani pedi I have eve received. Didn’t trim or soak my cuticles. Only filed and polished my nails. The polish was all over my skin and she didn’t even lotion my hands .
The pedicure was in one of those small little buckets they bring to your chair. She frequently left me to answer the phone and handle salon issues mid pedicure. Again no trim, no lotion, no exfoliation.
I even asked for it and she said I didn’t need it … So I paid for a polish and file.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service and services in general!!!
I will never step foot in here again and honestly wish I could get my $$ back!

Marc Anthony has a very friendly and professional atmosphere. I am always greeted with a smiling face. Ask for dre. She is the only one I trust doing my hair and eyebrows.

I had a cut, color, and deep conditioning treatment by Will today and let me just say he is DIVINE! He took the time to really listen to me and as a result I got an outstanding ‘do’. He has trained extensively and knows product lines well. Additionally, he checks his cuts after flat ironing and styling; something I can’t remember other stylists doing. The salon is lovely and affordable. I used a groupon for part of my visit. I will be back. Try Will; an honest, upfront gentlemen with a great sense of humor and humanity.
ps. It was the picture of the highlights which I found to be BEAUTIFUL that prompted my visit!

My friend and I had purchased a Groupon for a manicure & pedicure at Marc Anthony Hair Studio, and we both agree it was terrible! The manicurist was very nice, but the overall quality and result of the manicure & pedicure was just awful.

I bought a groupon to this place for a full color treatment. I went in and met with Norma who at first seemed pretty nice and helpful but I was wrong. I explained that I had dyed my hair 3 weeks before and just wanted to touch it up and remove some of the redness. It was not a complicated request and I even showed pictures of what I wanted. She didn’t understand and had to go to other hairdressers and ask what she should do. She then came back after 15 minutes of running around asking what she should do, and she said she couldn’t honor the groupon and they don’t want to risk damaging my hair. I was so upset, disappointed, and confused as to what had just happened. I was so upset because I booked this and worked my entire weekend around this appt, yet they simply say we can’t honor it. I thought i was being punked. I ended up just expressing my extreme disappointment with this rude, rookie hairdresser Norma and walked out the door. I then went to another salon in Merrimack and the hairdresser fully understood and just put a toner on my hair and completely satisfied my request easily without any confusion. This took about 1 hour of time. This is why I will never go back to this place and never want to encounter such a rude salon and hairdresser Norma who doesn’t understand a simple request. You will just be disrespected if you go to this salon.

I happened to be in the area and saw the salon. The overall layout of the salon was nothing short of confusing, clustered, and the there was a thick tension in the air. However I did walk in and even though the message therapist Sarah Rand had clients, she was very accommodating. She made time for me. I appreciate this very much. She was very professional and her room was a very wonderful atmosphere. It was warm inviting and soothing. I instantly felt relaxed. Sarah had a wonderful energy to her that you could feel radiating through her healing and relaxing hands. She was funny, had an easy smile, and really seemed to care about me and what I had to say. I wish I had made an appointment because she only had time for a 20 minute massage. However the fact that she made time for me was very awesome of her. The price was even more than fair. When I left I was so relaxed, felt as if my day couldn’t go wrong from there.
To be honest this probably only my second review I have ever written. I made a point of doing so because I was that impressed with her. The salon itself could do with some serious remodeling. It was just very confusing and seemed to radiate anxiety, and tension. That is the only reason I gave only four stars.

Massage by Sarah Rand. After dropping off my wife to have her hair done, I was introduced to Sarah Rand, the new massage therapist at Marc Anthony’s. As she was just starting out, her calendar was open, so I immediately booked a Swedish massage for an hour. Let me say, at the end of the hour I was very relaxed. A nice cucumber-​flavored drink of water afterwards hit the spot. I have since made monthly appointments, including one for a hot stone massage. Sarah is very professional and caring, as well as sensitive to the needs of her clients. I will remain her repeat client, and urge my friends to seek her out as well.

My daughter and I had a mani/​pedi. Brandy gave us excellent service and even painted a flower on my daughter’s finger on each hand. She was very meticulous, including foot and hand massages even for my daughter who was a cheaper price. The chair doesn’t massage. I also booked an appointment ahead of time but there was not a lot of options for appointments. Brandy seems to book up fast. I had a Coutopia coupon and it was $ 35 for me and $ 20 for my daughter. It took just under 2 hours for both of us.

I’m new to the area and needed a french pedicure (which I always get). A friend recommended Marc Anthony so I tried it out. I didn’t know at the time if they took walk-​ins, but when I arrived the woman that greeted me said that it was no problem.
She quickly got me seated in the pedi-​chair station (comfortable but not a massage chair) when another employee popped her head in and told her that her appointment had just arrived. She simply said, «ok, tell her I’ll be with her in a minute». That confused me because I had just sat down and how the heck was she going to finish in «just a minute». The quickest spa pedi should take no less than 15 minutes.
She sped through my pedi at lightening speed. There was no leg massage, no foot scrubbing, nothing. She basically just had me put my feet in the bath, removed my old polish, and repainted. However, the quality of the french pedi was nothing short of embarrassing: it was uneven, super thin, and just looked really bad (it started chipping that same night).
Five minutes later when I was «done» and paying, she told me «Just so you know, we have a summer special right now. $ 35 for a mani and pedi so be sure to ask for that next time.» It would have been $ 5 more since I had a french so I asked her if I could get that deal now. She replied, «oh, but we have a lot of appointments and
I don’t have time right now». What?!
I was highly annoyed with my cut-​short, no pampering, badly executed pedicure that has completely chipped off in less than a week. Though the people are nice, the tools are sanitary, and the salon atmosphere is fine (barring very buckled laminate flooring) — the services are horrible and the prices are ridiculous. I will *not* be returning to this salon. Which is too bad because I was looking for a new hair stylist as well.

I made an appointment and went in for mani-​pedis with five other ladies. I know, its a lot but I called and they said they can do it, so we went in.
They had ONE person doing hands and one doing feet. They had another mani station, but didn’t fill it. There was actually someone working there who could have done some between her 2 clients (she had 2 in the time all 6 of us were getting done), but didn’t. We were on a schedule with an event to get to and we were a bit late waiting for things to get done.
They also don’t have a lot in the way of gel/​shellac. They had about 4 options. It was $ 55 for a mani/​pedi with gel on the fingers or $ 35 for regular polish.
