Terrible. The worst fast food service I’ve ever had. Teenagers without any visible management talking with they’re friends instead of serving customers.

I’ve been visiting this McDonalds fairly often recently visiting some friends in the area. It should be a convenient place to pick up a quick bite that I can take with me without taking up too much time. However, it seems like this will NEVER be the case. Every time I have come through here, the service has been appallingly slow. There is always a line at least 2 cars long, minimum, and I sit in the drive-through for at least 5 – 10 minutes. When I get to the window, the place seems to be pretty well staffed, yet the entire process seems to take up to 15 minutes. To add insult to injury, I have never once been satisfied with the freshness of my fries. Despite how busy they seem, my fries always seem limp and lukewarm before I even exit the drive-through. This is a consistently disappointing location, and has probably lost my business to the other nearby fast food locations.

I have to agree with the level of service there, it just is awful and slow. It is apparent that they have an absentee owner at this facility. Multiple cars pulled out of line as I was waiting to order, due to the slow service at this primarily drive thru location. The food was average McDonald’s food, but lack of anything will have me going across the street to the competition. This was not my first visit and not my first disappointment here. Never thought a McDonald’s location would be left to self destruct like this one seems to be doing.

More than once I have ordered an extra hash brown with breakfast, gotten charged for it, and not received it. Terrible service.

This place gets the most business because of location. Skip it! You wait forever to place an order and wait forever to get your food(and it is primarily drive thru) and they mess up your order or the food is burnt! There is NO fast food place that should take you 30 – 45 minutes to get through the line. Because of the location it can be difficult to get out of line, and trust me, if you can many do. The place is staffed with a bunch of teens and they are rude and do not care about customer service at all. I’ve been there when they are out of Big Macs(seriously?), sesame seed top buns so they use the bottoms, and at 10:30am on a weekday they told me «we’re not serving hot coffee right now. Sorry.» Are you kidding me?! New employees will also overcharge you! When questioned you are told the prices went up. Drive further down to the Amherst/Merrimack one. You’ll be much happier.

Hide your wallet. This place will just as soon take full charge for a meal, and then offer you a fraction of that meal and call it square. My wife and I recently visited this location and ordered two Southwest salads, with grilled chicken, and a grilled chicken snack wrap. We were informed upon ordering that they only had two pieces of grilled chicken, and were pushed toward the crispy option. Insistent on grilled, we agreed to wait the 5 – 7 minutes for a third piece to be cooked, placed our order, and paid. We returned home to eat our meals, and upon setting them out, discovered that in spite of our agreement to wait, one piece of chicken was used for the snack wrap, and a second was cut in half, with half a portion being used on each of the salads, rather than a full piece of chicken, as is the norm. Furthermore, missing from the salad were the southwest sauce, the lime, the tortilla strips and the cheese(all standard on this particular salad), leaving us with a bed of lettuce, a meager portion of corn and beans, and half a breast of chicken each. Funny, given the fact that we agreed to wait for more chicken to cooked — and did, in fact, wait that time out, only to be served this what amounted to a fraction of two salads at full price. One star is earned simply for not fighting back when I returned that evening for a full refund. Having previously worked across the street, there was a time when I’d frequent this location for my lunch break, and endure through slow service, to still receive the end result of at bare minimum what I ordered. I am, however, a fool me once kind of guy, and will not return to allow a couple of kids barely out of middle school to try and take my money in such a dishonest manner again.

Food is typical fast food, and average for the chain. Service, on the other hand is VERY slow. When ordering only 4 items(nothing special either, no additions or exclusions), we waited over 15 minutes, and the one car in front of us probably waited about as long. Open late which is nice, but you won’t get out of there quickly.
