Rashdas Beauty Salon

On Tuesday 3/​28, I visited this salon at 7:05PM and was declined service due to having entered the salon 5 minutes past their «close» time which is interesting because their website states they close at 8PM (Checked today and it still says the same regardless of the email I sent to
). It is unfortunate that this happened and I believe this reflects poorly on the business especially because they declined 5 eyebrow threading minute service to a long time client. I, along with my family, will be finding a new place to get our eyebrows done. The customer service at this salon is also below par, half of the time you come in you are not greeted. The ladies that work there also speak to each other in another language which is simply rude.

I moved to Nashua from New York, been to this place 4 times now, customer service is NILL. I was amazed that the owner herself is blabbering with her employees while working on threading. Seriously…
I think they save customer service for their favorite customer who come to them for wax, facial from whom they can make better bucks not for ppl who just want eyebrows done. Most of the time girls are talking to each other. I mean common can’t you just concentrate for few mins so that you do a better job. I’ll pay more money for a better service.
There you loose a customer and a word of mouth that could have got you more customer.
Not going back.

Since moving here 2 years ago I have consistently been visiting Rashdas for my brows. All of the girls do a great job, my brows have never looked better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Best place to get eye brows done. Been working here past 8 years on and off. Owner rashda is the most awesome boss I have ever come across. She is so fair and treats all her employees with the utmost respect. Very reasonable prices. Where can u get eyebrows either waxed or threaded for $ 8?
