Really great food and great service! Waitress was really funny and informative. Got the Bulgogi and spicy clear noodles with beef — Everything was really tasty! The waitress explained what each side dishes were(which I usually have to guess so it was nice to actually know) and she even showed me how to do the lettuce wrap for the bulgogi. Overall, it was a really great lunch will def go back again.

Awesome experience! Late this Sunday evening my family and I had a craving for sushi so we decided to visit Kiku for the 1st time. We weren’t disappointed. The food was great but the service was even better. Nia the owner was so engaging and so welcoming we couldn’t help but feel at home the moment we walked in the door. I was a little worried that the service would be less than top notch given the fact that we arrived to the restaurant on Sunday night an hour before closing time. But, with the amount of service and attention we received(oh and Nia was a riot!) you would have thought it was a Friday night at 6pm. It was a little on the pricey side but as they say, you get what you pay for. Great experience and highly recommend.

The best place we’ve found for BBQ yet. Stone pot meal is fantastic. Love the array of little bites you get to sample before the meal. Moved to FL a few years ago and searched for a Korean place as good as here but as of this writing, the search continues.

Authentic Korean food at its finest! Very friendly environment. Our waitress was the cutest human being ever: very charming and attentive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Korean dining experience.

Great Korean food in Nashua, NH! Who knew? This is a truly great spot and we are very thankful to Unilocal for steering us there. We live in Los Angeles and are accustomed to genuine Korean fare. We had the hot stone bibimbap and loved it. Will definitely be back.

I had never eaten Korean food before tonight, and I will definitely be back for more! Wow! Friendly, personalized service. Pictures of the food that help you understand what you are ordering. Amazing flavors that I have a hard time even identifying or describing. This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, and the décor isn’t anything fancy, but THEFOOD! THESERVICE! Amazing. Our server kept us in stitches. Despite knowing nothing about Korean food, we felt right at home. We ordered the kimchi sampler. My taste buds have never been happier. My spouse got the bulgogi. Tender, sweet, satisfying. I got spicy chicken ramen. A generous portion of chicken with more perfectly cooked noodles than I could eat. Think soup won’t fill you up for dinner? Think again. If you ask for spicy, you actually get spicy. We left feeling like idiots for having lived in this area for years, but never having tried this restaurant. My only criticism is that prices are a little high. But once you eat the food and realize that every piece is painstakingly made authentically from scratch, you realize, it’s worth every penny, even if that means you can only go there for«splurge» nights out. A very enthusiastic thumbs up.

Love their free cold appetizers which is common in Korean restaurants. My favorite to order is Japchae. Not so thrilled about their shrimp tempura — so oily and there’s really an art in making this. Theirs is just not great nor presentable. I would like to try other Korean restaurants but too far from where I live.

The free appetizers are the best among the Korean restaurants I have tried. Delicately prepared appetizers. Ordered stone pot rice and seafood soup with soft tofu. The seafood is very fresh. The soup is tasty, unlike those soups with only spicy flavor. The service is humorous and warm. Overall it is better than the Korean restaurants in Allston MA.

I love this place. I have been several times. The staff is very friendly. The food is always good. It is a great experience. I love the little side dishes they serve at the beginning of the meal. I have tried making the kimchi pancakes like theirs at home with not much luck. I am missing something they add to theirs that make them so delicious. This is my go to place for Korean food.

One of my all time favorite restaurants period. Service is impeccable and the food excellently prepared and served. I became a regular on my first visit three years ago. My favorite dishes are beef bibambop and short ribs of beef. You are made to feel like a family member immediately. I can’t say enough about this place. Great!!!

Delightful food and equally delightful service. The Bulgogi was amazing, the seafood pancake was spectacular and don’t miss the kimchi!

Absolutely love this place. Very quaint and the owners are very friendly. The food is very authentic Korean food and they always serve a nice assortment of pre-meal snacks like home-made kimchi and other treats. The owner also prepares AMAZING sushi.

My favorite restaurant in New Hampshire. Amazing Korean home cooking, prepared authentically and lovingly. The kimchi is made in house and is great. The sushi chef has been practicing for 50 years his work is superb. So good! The prices are fantastic for the quality and the owners are great people. Try Shira Kiku while you can, it won’t be there forever.

I have been to South Korea many times and this is a sorry excuse for Korean food and is over priced. Paid too much money and barely ate anything.

It was my father’s birthday yesterday so I decided to treat him to some Korean food. I’d never been here before, but I have had Korean food in the past. I placed two orders of Bibimbap w/Beef and we both loved it. The meat is nice and sweet and the vegetables and rice are all tasty and seasoned well. There is a very good portion of food, but somehow I finished it all in one sitting… even though I was ready to hibernate at the end. My father is a picky eater and he still enjoyed it a lot. These orders came with a side of Miso soup, and I have to say it may have been the best I have ever tasted in my life… not that i have had much Miso Soup in my life. The pricing was a bit high at $ 37 for the two orders. This probably isn’t going to be a place I go for lunch often, but I will definitely come back often to get me more of the delicious Beef Bibimbap and hopefully I can even try some other Korean dishes.

Good sushi, and the older couple that runs the place is charming. I had California rolls with apple in them. Unusual and tasty. I had a few small appetizers that the waitress brought over for free because I had to wait for the sushi chef to get off lunch break(which was OK with me). She served some delicious spicy pickles and kimchi. Very strong and«fresh» flavor to the kimchi(if that word can be applied to a fermented food). Overall very good, but the exterior of the building and grounds are starting to get a bit run down.

This spot was a hidden GEM! It’s so hard to find authentic Korean meals nowadays aside from the usual Korean BBQ and hot pots. I ordered the Yuk Gae Jung and it came with rice on the side, I would have to say it amazing and soothing. My husband ordered spicy beef Ramen noodle soup which was ehh. Mediocre so don’t order it. Also the waitress will yell at you for ordering it. Stick to the authentic Korean food. The sushi was delicious also. I had an amazing experience and will be returning.

Shira Kiku is our fave place to eat! The sushi is beautiful and so good, the stone pot Bi Bim Bop is amazing(my son LOVES it, and we love what we can get while he’s not looking), in fact everything we’ve ordered is wonderfully tasty, especially the mixed Kimchi appetizer which is fresh daily. It’s GREAT food! If you love Korean food or are looking for a place to try it, this is Korean Food Mecca. We love the Sushi Chef, the Chef, the«Kimchi Maker of the Gods» and the waiter/waitress who are so welcoming, helpful, entertaining and kind you’ll never want to leave.

I wish I could give this 3 ½! Food is very good. I’m not a huge kimchi fan but everything else I’ve had there is great. People I’ve dined with always love the kimchi. I just don’t like it in general so I’m not deducting stars based on that. For food alone it’s really good. 4 stars if not 5! For me the issues are — slow service(which is only a concern on lunch breaks), high prices and the building/atmosphere. The staff is super nice! If you go for dinner I don’t mind taking my time so the slow service is actually appreciated. Again, prices are a bit high.
