I had a major malfunction — elections fault on the middle of of the road.
I called them explained the problem and ask if they can have me without an appointment. They said that service department is not available and they will call me back in 15 minutes when hear back from them.
They never called me back…

Auto repair work was just okay; for the most part it looked great, but there were little things here and there that I had to point out to get fixed; they couldn’t fix a minor-​but-​noticeable paint lip that resulted from their paint job. They won’t re-​paint if there’s an issue with their paint job — they’ll just buff and buff until there’s no more clear coat. The work they do is not as good when insurance is paying for the repair because they aren’t being paid as much according to their body shop manager — but you won’t learn this until after the job is done.
