History
Established in 2003.
Chef JoAnna began culinary school in 2003, and was soon accepting personal chef work. While attending school, she worked for some of the biggest, most renown catering companies in Los Angeles, such as Patina Catering, Wolfgang Puck, Foodworks, and others, doing events such as the Oscars, Grammys, and countless movie premieres. She has also worked in restaurants such as Josie, The Disney Concert Hall and Tangata, as well as many invitations to work at her Chef-Instructors’ side gigs.
Eventually, she expanded her personal chef work to include catering small parties that were too small for the big companies. She has done everything from an intimate 10-course dinner for two, as well as hands-on cooking lesson dinner parties for 20 guests.
Chef JoAnna is well traveled, experiencing the finest restaurants of Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Nashville, New Orleans & New York, as well as international destinations including France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, England & Ireland.

Chef JoAnna is a classically-trained chef who specializes in at-home fine dining. Like the renown Julia Child, JoAnna first attended culinary school in her early 30’s, and started cooking professionally soon after. While attending culinary school in Santa Monica, CA, she earned a 4.0 GPA as well as certifications in Nutrition, Cost Control, Culinary Management and Safety & Sanitation.
Chef JoAnna has appeared on several television programs. She was featured in a segment on «BBQ with Bobby Flay» on Food TV, and has also appeared as a guest chef on several reality TV shows, including Kathy Griffin’s «My Life on the D-List», MTV’s «Next» and on «Survival of the Richest».
Chef JoAnna relocated to Tennessee in October, 2008 to start the next phase of her professional endeavors.
