The Duncan name has always been known to provide personal attentiveness and customized services for access control, burglar alarms, camera systems, fire alarms and other security products. Joe Duncan, Jr., President started Duncan Security Systems, Inc. over 30 years ago with the goal of providing quality and personal services to each customer through a family-​owned and operated company. We are the oldest, family owned electronic security company in Nashville, TN and the Duncan’s participate in all aspects of day-​to-​day operations.

Business Owner

Joe, Jr. has been in the electronic security industry for over 40 years. While attending David Lipscomb University he worked in a family owned Alarm company. Later in 1983 he founded Duncan Security Systems. He has served on the Nashville Alarm Association, the Tennessee Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and is a member of The National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association. He has served as past board member of the BBB. He was awarded 2001 Best Dealer in a national security publication. Currently is the Qualified Agent as outlined by the Alarm Contractors Board in the State of Tennessee, holding a license for CCTV (cameras) and Access Control, Intrusion Alarms and Fire Security.
