OMG, go someplace else. I ordered a leather sectional sofa for my daughter in Tennessee and paid extra to have it delivered. When they delivered it they plopped it in the middle of her living room, still fully wrapped in packaging material, and quickly left. When she went to remove the plastic wrapping she was shocked to discover that the plastic was actually stapled directly into the leather. IN THE LEATHER! And I don’t mean in an inconspicuous spot. I mean in very visible places. About 50 staples total. So I called the store in horror, and they were very nonchalant about it, saying «The manufacturer did it». So would they bring her a new sofa? No. She has to take the sectional sofa back to their store so they can look at it, even though I paid them $ 70 to deliver it. So yea, go someplace else. I wonder how they stay in business???

For years I have bought furniture from them, and have always been satisfied with there price and quality !!

Furniture Warehouse is a good place to shop if you need a cheap bookcase or end table. Much of their furniture is cheap, as you would expect from their signage and advertising. Staff is friendly and there is a wide selection.

Im late writing this review but… I won’t return. I kinda felt like I was being hassled and the salesman was rude and inpatient (don’t remember his name).

I got a $ 399 sofa and a $ 379 loveseat. They WILL NOT price haggle. So don’t try. To be honest going in I was VERY apprehensive, but they leave you alone. Once you decide to buy it was straight forward. I got them to deliver for $ 70 — hi but it is very convenient and 2 guys come and deliver into your house. You have to unpack it yourself though. 1^st, until they delivered the sofas, I did not know the 4 sofa pillows came with the sofas — Big Plus as they are 1^st quality pillows. Easily over $ 100 in sofa pillows. To my surprise, when unpacking them, I looked at the tag and both are MADE IN THE USA! Did not expect that. Really good quality for the $$. I know quality. I did not get the warranty, see no reason unless you get some particle board bedroom stuff (some cheap). One thing to remember — if you get them to deliver… and your item is broken when it gets to your house… they WILL NOT take it back in the truck it came in. They make ONE delivery attempt. IF they deliver a broken item, you have to bring it back yourself to exchange. This I don’t agree with for obvious reasons, but they tell you this. ASK QUESTIONS! So, for the most part an Excellent deal.

Looks like I get to be the first to review this place from the point of view of someone who has owned their furniture for a while… after we moved into a bigger house 3 years ago, we had rooms to fill. We decided to go with the «really big deal» Bedroom, living room, dinette for $ 2,000.
The livingroom furniture was just lovely when it was delivered. Three years later, that accent tables are still lovely, the sofa and loveseat look almost brand new. We did replace the lamps, they worked fine, but they are generic and didn’t add anything to the décor. As for the sofa and loveseat, they’re not our ‘munch on popcorn and watch a movie’ sofas, they’re in our formal living room. But we do sit on them every day. The dog lays on them every day. They still look fantastic. Once my child got a butter stain on a cushion, I pulled out the pad and stain treated it. It came out just fine, you can’t even tell.
The bedroom furniture is one of the only solid wood options they offered with the package. We use it in our master bedroom. It gets used every day. It has held up nicely. All the pieces still look great. Zero issues, zero complaints.
The matress and box spring that came with it, not so much. We are both overweight (not morbidly obese, but we’ve got some pounds), the mattress made popping and crunching sounds from the springs on my husband’s side within 2 weeks. By the end of the first year he was sleeping in a divot. Right now, 3 years out, I am researching my options for air mattresses or memory foam. I’m quite sure for smaller people the mattress would have lasted longer (my side didn’t collapse like my husband’s did), but they aren’t the highest quality.
The dinette is small, a great size for our eat-​in kitchen. We don’t use it all that often. Occasionally we take it out on the deck for an outdoor dinner. It’s a nice size for that. The chairs get used more often. They get drug around the house to be used as extra seating and to change lightbulbs etc. They have also held up nicely. The chairs haven’t fallen apart, and still look new.
Overall, I was pleased with the purchase at the time and 3 years later I remain pleased (except the mattress – wish I’d have put a cover on it so that a tiny stain didn’t keep me from using the warranty that it came with!!).
I would recommend this store. It does look sortof shady on the outside, and the commercials… awful…but the furniture is nice if you take your time and pick out the good stuff. I’m looking to replace my family room (popcorn and a movie) sofa and this is where I will look first.

Wasn’t thrilled of the place myself when the salesman actually went over my social security number just to «make sure he had it correct» and called it out loudly so everyone in the store could hear him. WILL NOT be going back to this place since I will be having to check my credit report for a while. Thanks Furniture Warehouse!

SNOBS! YOU’RE ALL SNOBS! If the furnishings at $ 399 Sofa store isn’t good enough for you people, go back to Green Hills and buy a Skillington or something.
This place was great. I’m not a type-​A personality, but when I buy stuff, I am the kind of guy who you need to get the heck out of the way. I’d been in before, and had decided with my wife that’s what we were going to get a few days later. It was a great deal; a floor medal bed frame, so we got is for $ 150.
A huge place, much bigger on the inside than it seems. It has bunches and bunches of sofas, tables, beds, chairs, and anything else you can think of. Reasonable prices, nice people who are straight with you.
The only problem I had was the salesman I had was as dumb as a post, not paying attention to what he was saying. But I ran into the service manager, and he was as clear as day about what was going on. He was outstanding. Salesman: dumb as rocks. Service manager: on his game.
I’ll be back: no doubt.

I’ve been in here on a couple different occasions. The first was pricing a futon. I ultimately didn’t buy one here because I could get a roughly similar model at Wal Mart for less. The next experience came when I was looking to buy a new mattress for my bed. I spent around 300 and got a pillow top that I’ve now had for almost three years. It’s a good little mattress. I opted for their delivery service which wasn’t that bad. They did show up when they were suppose to, which is all you can ask.
The last time I went with a friend to get a sofa. She got a good deal on a decent couch, which she still loves. She opted to not spend the extra 70 so dollars and rented a Uhaul to get it from the store to her house. This was the worst idea ever. Especially since once she got it home there was an issue with it. Had she used their service the store would have returned it for free. But since she provided transportation they expected her to return it. Blah. They did fix it and everything was fine, once she found a ride.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! We had the worst experience of our lives from this store and regret every having wakled in there. The Salesperson «John Evans» told us whatever we could to sell us a very expensive dining table. He told us the chairs would be brand new, never used, fully assembled, and NOT floor models as we explicitly stated we did not want floor models. He also told us that if anything was damaged, to call him immediately and he would have the delivery guys bring it back. He also told us that they would place the furniture in any room we wanted, wherever we wanted them.
When the delivery guys arrived, four of the chairs were FLOOR MODELS, four were IN BOXES, and the table had HUGE SCRATCHES AND DENTS. They DUMPED everything ONTO OUR FRONT PORCH IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER and when we asked them to bring the furniture into the rooms we wanted, they RAN LIKE CRIMINALS AS FAST AS THEY COULD BACK INTO THE TRUCK AND SCURRIED OFF while we were calling the store.
After being put on hold for over 15 minutes on several phone calls, we finally got ahold of «John Evans» who then DENIED everything he had promised us and when we told him what had happened, he actually said, «Well, what do you expect for this price?» We repeatedly asked for some resolution to the dispute so that we can be satisfied customers who would recommend friends, he RUDELY told us if we wanted different chairs, we would have to bring them back to the store ourselves at OUR EXPENSE, DESPITE GIVING HIS PERSONAL WORD that he would tell the delivery people to bring the items back.
I would rather buy from Ashley Furniture, Sprintz, Haverty’s, Rooms to Go, or the Habitat for Humanity Store and Goodwill rather than return to that DUMP.
You will regret your purchase– don’t believe a word they tell you. Spend your hard-​earned money with a professional store that won’t sell you a lemon. You are better off dealing with good salespeople with some morals and ethics, especially when YOU CAN BE GUARANTEED that YOU WILL RECEIVE A STINKING COLLECTION OF FURNITURE WHEN IT ARRIVES AT YOUR DOORSTEP– AND THAT’S AS FAR AS THEY WILL DELIVER!

This place is known as the $ 399 Sofa Store. If you need a new sofa and you want it for cheap, this is the place for sure. We went in looking for a sleigh bed summer before last, but found the stuff to be very cheap looking, and this kept me from buying a bedroom set.
It was a great deal, we could get the bed, the dresser, and something else that escapes me for just a thousand bucks. I wouldn’t have been so picky but we had just purchased a new trunk for blankets at Pier One for a little over a hundred dollars and it was already falling apart.
I can’t vouch for quality because I didn’t purchase, but if you want something that looks glamorous, maybe it would be better to find a local Ashley store.

I always call this place Furniture whorehouse but there is not prostitute connection really, it just makes the visit an little more exciting is all. I have visited this store on several occaisions and I do think it’s cheap but my feeling is that the shit looks pretty cheap. I personally have a whole lot of pretense (not taste mind you) and this place is definitely for outfitting a double wide if you aske me.
I have looked for and wide in Nashville for cheap furniture and I just don’t ever find anything that’s not country, over laquered, or cherry red. I suggest making an IKEA run to Atlanta.

Because of the tacky advertisements on the windows, and the shady appearance from the parking lot, I had pretty low expectations walking in here. But I was pretty impressed, as Peter said, if you take the time to look for the deals.
They had some pretty decent deals on kids bedroom sets, recliners, and end tables. Also, if you are looking for a customized Nascar recliner, this is your spot!

If you take time to sift through the tacky stuff that is 90% of their inventory, you’ll find incredible deals on great pieces. I found a chocolate brown leather couch here with a classic design and clean modern lines for CHEAP ($ 500!!!) and I love it, along with a cool accent chair and headboard, also cheap cheap cheap.
