Was with this practice for 10 years managing a serious medical condition, and never once got a follow-​up or suggestion for how to manage it better. Moved to Chicago, where the physicians are clearly MUCH more engaged. Took me three weeks to get someone to respond to my request for medical records transferred. Asked to have a prescription I’ve gotten refilled for 8 years to be refilled for a couple of weeks while I wait for my new appointment, and no one could help me. Couldn’t figure out how to «reactivate my file». I’m a good, responsible patient, faithfully following the doctors orders. Hoping to find a better partner in health management going forward…
