Business Owner
T. Holland McKinnie is a native of Bolivar, Tennessee, graduating from Central High School in 1985. He attended the University of Mississippi, receiving his Bachelor of Public Administration degree in 1989, while minoring in Economics and Accounting. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1992. While in law school at UT, Holland served as Executive/Research Editor of the Tennessee Law Review. He has previously served as a full-time assistant city attorney for the City of Knoxville, and has represented many other municipalities and governmental agencies across Tennessee. Holland currently lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with his daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, horses, and fishing as much as possible.
