The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice, and informed me of the hours and gave me a general quote. My repair was about $ 140 which was about the same price that was quoted from another computer repair store. The repair was done the next day. Everything went smoothly. I didn’t have to do anything extra to try to get my laptop seen to, or returned. It was such a good experience that I told several individuals about the place, and they’ve gone and have nothing but good things to say.
The only reason I took off a star is because they’re located at the top of another business. The stairs to get to Micom are steep, and I didn’t realize this before hand! I had my purse, my laptop bag, and a lovely sprained ankle. I know this isn’t their fault, but I just knew I was going to fall and break a bone!

$ 140 less for same day repair to replace top case on MacBook Pro than Mac Authority wanted. Did a great job, turned it around in a few hours, no rush charge. Smart kid working there, polite, took care of business and took care of my Mac. I’ll be back next time I need some help with a serious Mac hardware issue for a Mac out of AppleCare repair range. Great job.
