I took my scooter to get fixed here and these people lost parts to the outside of my scooter so it will never look new again… when I called the store the guy who claimed to be the owner basically told me that they were incapable of making mistakes and that I lost the parts! I never took those pieces off ever! They will not admit fault! They fixed my scooter yes… but now it looks like a monster and they told me to sue them! Then they told me that I said I took them off when I dropped it off! What a joke! These people are bad people… take your scooter to a respectable mechanic…
Update! They found my part the next day… after the mechanic tried telling me he remembered it not having the part when it came in… still waiting for a apology. I fought with these people for hours… they called today to tell me they found my missing part

Great to have this business on the eastside. The day I visited, there was little stock to view and many of the bike «on display» belonged to others. As they become a Buddy Dealer, hopefully, the stock will improve. They constantly post ads on Craigslist with stock that doesn’t exist, so just be aware.
The staff is extremely nice and super helpful. I love the fact that their warranty service happens all in-​house.
