Jesse detailed our car after it had been rained in driving across the country. My car flooded and ended up with mold. It was GROSS. Jesse made it look and smell like new! And the best part is they drive to you! I’d definitely recommend them!

I called and spoke to Steve who was very friendly, I have a 2005 Dodge ram that I had not waxed for several years. Nikkie came out and did a fantastic job of bringing my truck back to life.

I was selling my car and needed it to look superb ASAP. When I called around 7:30pm one weeknight, I actually got an answer, which surprised me. And Jesse was extremely fast with finding an appointment time for me– he found several times that were even BEFORE I could be there, and then we got a perfect time in the afternoon the very next day. The man who came to my apartment complex to clean my car was running a little late in his appointments that day, so he was about an hour late, but to his credit, he called me several hours in advance to let me know that, and he was still done at the original estimated finish time. And, the car looked awesome inside and out! The buyer was very impressed, and so was I. Thank you!

Renew went above and beyond. I have a Great Dane that sheds and stinks to high heaven and my car looks brand new inside. I would use them and will again and again. This is the only mobile detail service you need if you live in the greater Nashville area! Thanks Renew!!!

I brought my companies demo truck into town… from Tampa Bay. Needless to say, this truck has looked better. Renew came up on a Google search with great reviews. After the work they did today, I’m a believer! Absolutely awesome job, top to bottom!!!
I was a bit of a dirtbag because I called a week prior, then didn’t schedule until the Friday before (it’s Monday). No problem at all, Steve hooked it up; even bought a ladder just to do the box portion! I can’t recommend Renew enough! My only regret: not bringing this truck into town more often! Keep it up, guys!

They came right to my work office and spent three solid hours doing the interior and exterior of my SUV. Customer service was great, very friendly folks. Would highly recommend them!

Far exceeded my expectations! I received top notch service from start to finish.
From the time I submitted an appointment request via the Renew website, I was impressed. I received a prompt reply from Steve and was able to schedule an appointment quickly at my convenience. Spoke with Steve by phone who was polite and professional. When I told him about a previous leak in our windshield that resulted in mildew on the carpet, I asked about the special mildew/​odor treatment in addition to the basic interior detailing. Steve did not try to up-​sell me and even said that the shampoo treatment that is part of the basic interior service should take care of my problem. Yes, he actually tried to SAVE me money.
Harrison showed up at my house slightly ahead of schedule and politely called first to let me know he was here. He was extremely courteous and professional in both manner and appearance, wearing a Renew uniform.
I warned him that my minivan interior was in rough shape. Picture soccer mom minivan with french fries under the seats and stained carpets. It’s very «lived in».
He listened to my concerns about the specific area of the mildew odor and proceeded to work.
The website indicated interior cleaning takes about 1 — 1.5 hours. Harrison said it should take a couple of hours. I told him I was in no hurry as I was working from home all day. 4.5 hours later (yes, 4.5 hours) my minivan was spotless and smelled amazing. I had periodically checked our surveillance cameras to note the progress and Harrison was diligently working EVERY time I checked. No slacking or taking breaks. He actually worked his butt off for 4.5 hours.
The website said that charges could extend an additional $ 25-​$ 100 for excessive work and I was expecting to pay the maximum based on how much work was required.
Harrison wouldn’t take any payment until I came out and inspected and was thoroughly satisfied. He pointed out several things he had done. He even moved the loose change that I had left in the tray to clean it and put it all back.
I spoke with Steve by phone to pay by credit card. I told him that I was happy to pay the additional fees based on the service I received and Steve asked me (he didn’t tell me, he asked) if I thought that it would be fair to just pay $ 40 more since I had been willing to spend that on the ozone treatment that he and Harrison both talked me out of because I didn’t need it. That was a bargain!
If you’re looking for honest, thorough, professional service at a fair or better than fair price, I highly recommend Renew.

I scheduled an appointment with this company for exterior and interior and the guy told me it was 115. A man came to my house, cleaned up my car. when i go outside, I see that he only did the interior. I asked him why, and he said that I only scheduled for interior and that it’s 185 for exterior and interior. So before he left, I called the same man and told him what happened, and he told me that it was a miscommunication error and the guy could come back and do it if I paid 185. Excuse me? You want me to pay for your error? No thanks! The interior cleaning was not even that good, he didn’t dust at all or get inbetween the chairs. Definitely not getting auto-​detailing from here again!

Tomorrow I am having graphics installed on my van and I wanted to have the wax applied before the graphics. Jesse came to my place of business and did a great job while I was busy working. I checked out the window a couple of times, and he was working hard every time. He earned a tip, and my respect.

I wanted to update my last review. I spoke with Steve and he was very apologetic about the «no-​show.» He offered a discount to try them again. They cleaned my husband’s car on Monday and they did a great job. The person cleaning took about 3 – 4 hours an was very thorough. My husband said he would call them again next time. Thank you, Steve for making it up to us!

Never showed, never called. Plus the positive reviews on Unilocal are almost certainly fakes.

Had these guys do a basic interior and spot check on an area where someone vomited in the back seat. Jesse came to my office and was done in about two hours — smell and stain is completing gone. Very impressed with these guys and their prices are (in my opinion) incredibly reasonable for the services provided.
I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them.

Interior Detail work = 2 stars
Exterior Body work = 4 stars
However, (1) the bed of my truck is carpeted and wasn’t even swept out or vacuumed, which really frustrates me when paying almost $ 300 for a premium detail… I know I can vacuum my own truck bed in a few minutes, but it doesn’t really make sense why that isn’t a part of the package
Further, (2) the floor mats were not even cleaned, much less detailed. I had to spend time cleaning them myself to make them look OK after getting my truck back. The mats look way better than they left them, and all I did was soak the rubber mats in water and dish soap overnight, which just shows they didn’t even try.
If you’re wanting to get a good detail, try somewhere else for sure!

Renew give my wife’s ’06 Black Tahoe a full detail, including having them clay bar it.
The inside leather has never been so clean. The finish on the paint was amazing. Smooth and shiny. Almost all the small surface scratches were removed and the paint had that deep waxed look.
I priced the same service at other places and it was more then twice as much. AND these guys did it at my office. Best $ 225 I spent on my truck

Was it 100% perfect, showroom? No. But was it amazing for a 6 yr old Tahoe? F’ing A!!!

While on vacation, my sweetheart surprised me by staining our deck. He’s the best! The only problem was, he accidentally stained our cars, too. Paint gun for the stain. Clouds of stain drifted to our cars. After I discovered some weird film on my windshield, he assured me that it was tree sap. So I took the car into a professional car wash, where they informed me I had paint all over my car. All over it.
I looked on Unilocal,and Renew Mobile Detailing has by far the best reviews out there. I called on 5:00 on a Saturday, and they answered and set me up for an appointment.
Anthony came to our house and did the cars right in our driveway. He did an AMAZING job. You would never know our cars were stained!!! He was super friendly, and focused on the details. I am highly impressed with this company. Unfortunately, it’s so rare to find good customer service. Renew Mobile Detailing has the best service I have received in quite some time. A+
