Rightway Mobile Detailing

I purchased an Amazon Local deal for a «Full Mobile Detail for a Four Door Car,» and it was absolutely a fair price at $ 89. The online scheduler is very convenient, but about one hour before they were set to arrive to detail my car, they called and cancelled. The next open slot was two weeks later, and Jason was overall really nice and timely. Not the best detail I’ve received, as my trunk wasn’t cleaned at all, nor were the cup holders or glove compartments. I was curious about this, as it was mentioned in the deal as being included. That night, I received a couple of messages from the company that I had a balance remaining due to having a back seat. Curious about this as well, as the deal I paid for was titled «Four Door Car» (isn’t a back seat indicated with four doors?). Not my worst experience, but certainly not my best.

Jason did an amazing job with my Corolla ! The fabric seats and carpet look great, as does the exterior. My only issue was that he was running late, and a phone call/​heads-​up letting me know this would’ve helped as I had rushed home from an appointment :/​other than that, the detailing job itself was more than decent.

Jason came to me at my work. He was more than 5 stars. The company didn’t tell him what I had paid for. I would have given them 5 stars if I didn’t have to point out things that weren’t done. But Jason took care of it immediately.

I bought a livingsocial deal for Rightway Mobile Detailing for really fair price. I did a lot of comparison to other places in Nashville and Rightway seemed to be the cheapest with the deal. Basically, they come to your house with all the equipment they need in a big van and its so incredibly easy (for me at least).
They have a really convenient online scheduling system and send you a couple reminder emails and texts. I scheduled my appointment for 1pm on a Saturday and Omari called me around 12:15 and asked if it was okay if he came a little early. Once he got here I handed him my keys and Rightway took it from there. He worked on my car for about 2 hours and gave me a call when he was finished. I don’t think my car has ever looked this good, even after I bought it from the dealership. Every compartment was cleaned and scrubbed and I feel like I’m rollin around in a brand new whip. Amazing what a little deep cleaning can do!

I’ve been having Brian detail my vehicle for a while now. We met through the Living Social Deal awhile back. He is so kind, professional & courteous. Brian will go detail your car on the spot. He does a great job love how my car looks like new again! I keep telling him though you need a carpet shampoo’er for your van ;-) that’s the only thing he can’t do on the go. For the price though you can’t be beat plus now that it’s warm out I can do my own mats at home. You won’t regret sending your car to Brian! He is someone I feel like I can trust with my vehicle!
