I was giving a second chance in life when I migrated to the US from Haiti. I am more than grateful because life in Haiti was beyond rough. I was blessed, the US changed my life. I wanted to pay it back for being so good to me, honestly I am still in debt even though I served. I am who I am today because God gave me this great opportunity, after serving I decided to continue to grow, the military taught me many trades, and business was one of them. I knew I had to continue to strive because I have family back home depending on me, but in the same token I wanted to still serve the great American people. After working as a correction officer, I decided to open my own business to continue to serve. I always put my all in everything I do. So please believe that I will treat your carpet like I would my own, I take my time and I do it right. I’m not out here to take folks money, I’m here to build a relationship. Well this was my first experience with a professional carpet cleaning service. Zach came highly recomended by another family that was very impressed with their work. Zach and his sister did not let me down. Thery were very efficent and thorough. Zach is a great communicator, letting me know exactly when he will be on site. The next day, he followed up to make sure the tough stains were gone and they were gone. The price was very reasonable too. My 10 yr. old bedroom carpet has never looked better. Next time, I will already know that I can count on Veteran Carpet Cleaning Service.

The owner, Zach, was courteous and professional from the first phone call. I scheduled an appointment about two weeks out. When I called a few days before the scheduled service, the person who answered was polite, and confirmed my appointment without delay. This was a relief because in the process of moving I dealt with a variety of companies that weren’t competent or even polite. The technician, Moshe, showed up within six minutes of the one hour window promised and even texted to let me know his ETA. He did a good job cleaning the carpets and got a stain out too. The price was reasonable and Veteran’s never tried to change the price or add any surprise fees. I will definitely be calling Veteran the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I had purchased through Groupon the carpet cleaning service and so glad I did. The technician came on a Saturday afternoon. The house had been closed up for a couple years and had a musty smell, especially in the closets. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet and removing the «old» smell. Could not be happier with the outcome! Highly recommend!

Hired Veteran Carpet cleaners to clean our home today & they were wonderful! I’ve never hired a professional carpet cleaning company before so was a little nervous about pricing & quality.
Zach (the owner) was very polite over the phone and was able to schedule me for same day service). They arrived promptly on time at 2pm and the customer service was top notch! Zach was so kind and thoroughly explained pricing before services were rendered. The house was clean by 4pm (less than 2 hours!). The carpets look great & the price was unbeatable. 3 bedrooms, a bonus /​play room, 12 stairs and a master bedroom closet done for WAYYY less than about 4 other companies I called! From experiences that my friends have had with other companies, they quote you one price and then after they arrive, it ends up being way over the quote. If you are looking for a reliable, quality carpet cleaning service in the Nashville area, give these guys a call!

We just had the BEST carpet cleaning from Veteran Carpet Cleaning Service and wanted to give them a big shout out! If you need carpet or your couches cleaned this is the place to hire for friendly and professional service! They are very reasonably priced & did a thorough job on everything.
Willing to negotiate if you have multiple rooms, stairs, several furniture items etc. They even got out some mystery stains from my kids and ones that were there before I moved in!!! Be sure to Tell them Trina & Nina recommended them to you! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
