Worst Wallgreens ever, I returned for the fourth time this week to once again an unsuccessful trip the the pharmacy. Day after day I’ve returned but only to waste more of my time!!! The pharmacy TAKESFOREVER!!! I received a phone call saying my prescription, and for my fourth arrival this week to pick it up, they said it hasn’t been processed. What idiots!!! For the amount I pay to have health insurance, and to have a prescription card, this is just absurd!!!

After my experience at this location, I would never go to any Walgreens pharmacy ever again. They are slow, ignorant, and just plain dumb. They are so slow it makes you think they are retarded from being constantly doped on all the meds they have at the pharmacy. Who ever works there can’t do anything without asking a pharmacist, and the two pharmacists that I’ve seen there are total disgrace to their profession. The only thing they work hard on is trying to appear to be busy and very important. I wasted over an hour there twice. First, to drop off my prescription, then to pick it up. And also wasting almost three days total without medication. I dropped off my prescription on Saturday, but didn’t get it until Monday night. Because they would not give me my medication as prescribed. They would give me only one sixth of it and in twice lower concentration. I had to wait till Monday, when my doctor called them. And the pharmacy still wouldn’t give all of what prescribed and higher concentration. Well, I made it sound kind of creepy, so fyi the medicine was for my sick pets, not for me. And at the end I only got two thirds of the amount prescribed and twice lower the concentration, which means I have to double the dose amount, which means I still only got one third of what I need. And one more thing, don’t believe them if they tell you that they take goodrx coupon. Because at the end they don’t, they trick you to order from them and then they refuse your coupon, claiming that it’s just an estimate from goodrx and they only apply a small discount but don’t give the actual promo price. The price was triple of what I expected to pay, especially for the amount of medicine that I received. In fact I only went to Walgreens because of this lower promo price. And then I had this whole situation when my doctor had to interfere, so I was eventually forced from getting it from them. Walgreens pharmacy is just another rip-off screw in greedy grabby mechanism of malfunctioning US health care system.

NOSTARS! Do not get your prescriptions filled here! It’s been an hour and 45 minutes and I’m STILL waiting! They are showing no remorse, are completely unapologetic, and are actually, kind of rude!

The customer service at all Walgreens pharmacies has gone downhill; but at this location they are specifically rude. They are at the mercy of their«manufacturer». The manufacturer changed 3 of my generic meds within the past 2 months and my health suffered. The FDA regulations on generic meds are pretty loose, if you don’t feel like weeding through a bunch of online articles Dr. Oz wrote a pretty short one«What You Need To Know About Generic Drugs». Anyway, their apparent disregard for the problems this was causing me, and surely other people, caused me to switch pharmacies to CVS and smaller independent pharmacy. Employees outside the pharmacy were kind and professional, but unfortunately I still had to give this Walgreens one star because it was a very difficult couple of weeks trying to get my meds straightened out.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The front end cashiers are always nice, but that’s the only positive thing about this place. The pharmacy is AWFUL. The people who work there are so mean and extremely slow. The wait times are often longer than an hour — I’ve waited for 2 hours on more than one occasion. We’re never going there again — we switched to the pharmacy across the street.

Always very helpful especially before 10:30 in the morning. Become a rewards customer and you get great prices and coupons. I love the store because the staff is down to earth, a little edgy/urban(I’m from Calif so I like it). The managers are always available to help.

I come here often to get prints for my scrapbook. Every time, I have to stand and wait for almost 20+ minutes before someone comes to check me out. With that kind of service, I could just walk out the front door without paying and no one would even know. They’re lucky I’m an honest customer.

This review is strictly for the photo center. We went to get a picture printed and the young girl said it «looked too professional» so she would not let us have it. Even though it was NOT professional, just taken by a nice camera and edited with a home editing software, she demanded that we have written consent from the professional who took the picture. We finally told her we would take our business elsewhere because the way we were treated. As we walked away she yelled«HAVEFUN». She tried to hurry away into the back but we turned around and asked her what she meant by that. She rudely resounded with«HAVEFUNGETTINGITPRINTED». We will not be returning and I am appalled that such a young girl can be that rude to a customer.

I pick up prescriptions at Walgreens, their nationwide system makes things easy, well in theory anyway. I have been unhappy with some if not most of the Walgreens stores, but, John P. in the pharmacy at this location made me rethink my position about the company as a whole. John P. went above and beyond my expectations and well beyond everyone else that I’ve ever had personal dealing with at Walgreens. This single associates professionalism and caring has opened my eyes given me the strength to continue my business with this company, hopefully John P. will not be the Last Kind & Caring Associate that I run across. John helped us find where the Kentucky Walgreens location made a mistake and over charged our insurance, therefor the prescription could not be refilled, their mistake said we had already picked up a 90 day supply and not the 30 day supply we actually received. Wait, I know what your thinking… This was not a pain medication or even erectile dysfunction pills, this was Test Strips for diabetes blood sugar testing, without the test strips and knowing your blood sugar, insulin is useless and could be deadly. I hope that Walgreens knows how valuable an employee they have in John.

I’m going to to keep this short and sweet just like my visit to this location of drugstore giant Walgreen’s. By far, the friendliest and most helpful staff that I have come across in a loooooong time for any Walgreen’s, CVS, and Rite Aid combined that I have visited since I moved to Nashville in 2008. From the pharmacy(both drop off & drive thru to fill prescriptions) to the cashier(for my Swedish Fish)… everyone was on point and super customer service related through the whole process. I barely visit this Walgreens as I have several that are closer to my East Nashville residence but they very well could be worth the drive!

There’s only one reason I won’t give this place a five star. Excuse me two. Number 1) the pharmacy used to be 24⁄7. Not anymore. There aren’t a lot of pharmacies that are open all the time like there used to be. I guess there isn’t enough business to do that anymore. The store its self is open 24/7, just not the pharmacy. My second complaint comes from an asst manager that doesn’t like to do her job, and seems irritable when asked to do anything. Not to mention she’s not very friendly. All in all this is one of the best Walgreens locations I’ve ever been too. Sometimes I just come in to talk. Great place to do business.

Where can you go for all your Spatula needs? Spatula City. For everything else, this Walgreens will work out. Friendly Staff and clean store.

Have you ever been sick at 2am? So sick you thought you were going to die? And, you didn’t have anything in your medicine cabinet to help you? If this has, or hasn’t happened, it’s good to know you’re closest 24 hour Walgreens. This is mine. Technically their pharmacy closes pretty early but they keep one pharmacist on call all over town, so you pick up their courtesy phone and call. Very helpful. They’ve got everything from ginger ale to tylenol pm.
