We are located in the heart of Belle Meade’s antique district on Hwy 100. Over the bridge, at the east location, you’ll find even MORE services to help you look and feel your best! We’ve just furnished our ‘relaxation station’ for our new chemical-​free Osmosis Infusion Peels and it’s not something you want to miss! We have dreamed of creating a great place for waxing. This is something that is new to Nashville. We now have the opportunity to share this dream by offering our services in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I go to Sheron to get my eyebrows done and she is fantastic. I am very picky about my eyebrows. They are thick and I like them that way. I have had some bad experiences at other places when they’ve taken off WAY too much. But Sheron is great — she is a professional. Definitely worth the couple of extra dollars!

If it is your first time visiting, It is right next to the barber shop. I drove past it the first time. It smells great and the staff is warm and friendly.
There is nothing fun about waxing below the waist, but Sharon is awesome! My least painful experience. I will be back.

I recently visited Wax Nashville and was very pleased. I’m very picky about who works on my eyebrows and I was very pleased with the overall with my Wax Nashville experience. The woman who worked on my brows was very thorough and precise, which I really appreciated. I’m always a little nervous when someone «new to me» works on my brows and I was very happy with the job she did.
And, I know this may sound weird to some, but I actually liked that she didn’t try to «small talk» with me. When someone is working on my eyebrows, I want them to be completely focused on what they’re doing. (I had a bad eyebrow wax experience a couple of years ago at a different salon because the technician kept answering her cell phone/​texts, so maybe that’s why I feel the way I do.)
It’s a little bit on the pricier side ($ 22 + tip), but on par with what I paid in my old city at a similar type of place. Personally, I’m willing to pay more money for an excellent job and Wax Nashville didn’t disappoint. I will most definitely book another appointment!

They use only the hard wax. The salon is gorgeous & seemed clean, my aesthetician was sweet & friendly. It took longer than normal & wasn’t as thorough as I’m used to. I had to wait a good bit despite my appointment. Parking is confusing & I just didn’t feel very welcome overall. Was overpriced. Maybe it’s better if you’re a regular, but I haven’t found my ‘waxing home’ in Nashville yet.

I live in San Diego and travel to Nashville quite often and I always wait until I get into town to have Lori O’Connor work magic with my eye brows. I am a natural blond and have always struggled with do I tint my eyebrows so you can see them and then look like I am not naturally blond or what. Lori solved that problem. She tints then just brown enough to see them but not so dark that I have these dark caterpillars above my eyes. She fast, detail oriented, a joy to spend time with and always does an amazing job. Knowing me I will still fly into Nashville to get my eyebrows done even if I’m not here to see my boyfriend. Finding someone like Lori who does a really good job with brows is a gift.

I was dreading getting a brazilian – I had one a few times before and, every time, it had hurt like hell – but I had a special occasion, and my friend had recommended Lori O’Connor at Wax Nashville. And her recommendation was right on. Lori was AMAZING. By far the least painful brazilian I have ever had. Plus, she was quick, and professional, as well as funny, and really, really nice. I will absolutely be going back there.

Let this be a lesson to the younger generation… kids when you get older you get hair in places that you do not desire to have hair. And, as both the resident Hairwolf and Teenwolf, let’s just say that I have some hair starting to grow in places that I just don’t want any hair.
Without getting into detail, let’s just say that I don’t want to look like Mentat or Thufir Hawat from Dune. (Google it… you’ll see…)

So, I get those problems nipped in the bud out at Wax Nashville. I highly recommend Lori O’Connor if you have Hairwolf woes too. She’s very professional and very detailed oriented. God bless a brave soul that is willing to remove hair from people as I can imagine that removing hair involves body parts that are much more gross than where I have it removed.

«Aesthetic matters are fundamental for the harmonious development of both society and the individual.» Not too many people would think of Friedrich Schiller when writing a review about aestheticians at Wax Nashville. Simply put, these women are the best at what they do and they goodness for them!
I’ve only gone to the Belle Meade studio and I regularly see Rochelle. Every time I am there, the studio is extremely clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and professional. Rochelle also is very personable and just really awesome… she knows all of the ins and outs about the products that she is using. Each service is delivered meticulously with care.
Their prices are a little bit on the higher side, but with such attention to detail and the fact that they make any area with or without hair look its best… it is so worth it.

she always remember me, and she’s very good when working in sensitive areas. It’s very sanitary.
I’ve never had any irritations, or bad side effects.
I highly recommend Wax Nashville to anyone wanting to get ready for summer or well. anything. They walk you through the procedures and are very good about not letting you go out looking funky.

I have gone to Wax Nashville Belle Meade now for a while and thought I would write a review. I really like this place, which is odd to say about a Waxing place! I have brows, lip and brazillions done here. The place is bright and very clean. I have had some REALLY bad experiances at waxing salons and tend to be a bit scared when I need to pick a new one.
Luckily this place is great! The receptionist is even super sweet. I go to Bridgette regularly and she is AMAZING at what she does! I think that it takes a special person to be able to put folks at ease during, what I will simply say is an uncomfortable situation. It is a TRUE talent. Plus they use great specialty waxes that are much less painful than types I have had in the past. I’m not sure how someone chooses this line of work, but I sure am glad Bridgette decided too!
If you are reading this and trying to decide, just give it a shot. I think that you will be very happy with your decision to try them out.

I am SO PICKY about my eyebrows … People always do them too thin, uneven, too far apart, funky arch etc… And when you have a bad wax job you have to grow them back out (awkward and ugly). It took me SIX YEARS to find a wax artist in Nashville that I could trust every time!
Alyssa at wax nashville is the definition of Wax artist! And, god forbid she has a day off :) … I am able to trust the other girls in the studio because they are all trained really well! Plus, the manager is super sweet AND THEY GIVE STUDENT DISCOUNTS!!!

Kudos to the brave souls of the world who want to grow up to be waxers, ie aestheticians. (to put it nicely) Its kind of like being a gynecologist, only you don’t even deliver babies. You deliver… pride? Confidence? Dunno, but I have to admit I wonder about these people’s career choices, but I’m glad they exist.
Enter Wax Nashville, let me just put your mind at ease when I let you know I just did a designer brow wax, but I also give props to the Unilocaler’s who shared their nether region waxing experiences.
I’ve mostly been an at home tweezer my whole life as I have an alright natural shape, I thought brow waxing was for ladies unfortunate to have crazy muppet uni-​brows, but after I saw my pretty peeper hoods after Wax was done with them I was in awe! Would I shell out the big buckeroo’s they ask for on a regular basis? No, ma’am — I am cheap. Would I shell it out for a special occasion the next time I want/​need to look my tip top best?! You betcha!
The girls at Wax Nashville are like little body hair artists. They waxed, then they tweezed, then they soothed and added a little make-​up for my weird eye brow bald spot (uh, I think its a scar). It was pricey, but it actually took them quite a while, so part of me understands the price increase from those 2 minute $ 8 brow jobs at any old nail salon. I’m glad they chose such an odd career and even happier they ‘design’ in Nashville.

I LOVED my first experience at Wax Nashville. After growing my brows out for a month, I visited Wax Nashville with hopes of finding my natural brow shape (after years of «plucking»). My esthetician, Alyssa Spyridon, went above and beyond what I thought possible!
Alyssa was extremely gentle and especially attentive to starting the process of getting my brows perfect. After some waxing and tweezing (and me looking 100% better), she recommended great, well-​priced products to fill in patchy spots until we get my brows where I want them. I’ll be back in a month to finish up… and then every time after that!
Visit WAX Nashville and get the Ultimate Brows service. You won’t regret it. And while you’re at it, make sure you ask for Alyssa because she really understands the power of eyebrows to transform/​enhance your face and respects a woman’s natural beauty!

Parking isn’t easy but this place is worth the hassle. It takes a lot to still find someone pleasant after they ripped your hair out, but somehow Rochelle kept me smiling.
I’ve heard this is the best place in Nashville to get your eyebrows done and yet I was still amazed at how wonderful they turned out. I’ve never in my life had anything waxed, but Rochelle tried as much as possible to keep me relaxed. I will definitely be returning.

I loved my first couple eyebrow clean ups and the staff was really attentive and took their jobs seriously without being uptight. I was also stoked to have a group of folks dedicated to this, um, delicate art.
My negative experience came a couple months ago when I sat waiting for my appointment for 20 minutes while the stylist (waxist?) chewed the fat with someone she was trying to sell eyeliner to. I was really in a rush and told them I had to go because it was just going to be too late. When I went online to rebook I was horrified to find out they block my ability to make appointments which was SO over the top. No one even bothered to call or apologize for running late which really bummed me out given that I genuinely liked them. Oh well… back to ripping my eyebrows out with duct tape. (Kidding!).

After passing it a few times, and being unsure how to park (and later, exit) I made it to my appointment with Charity. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment because this is a small, personable place.
Charity was great! She was very friendly and professional and I trusted her to wax my brows into a beautiful new shape.
She did a really great job making me feel comfortable in the chair, and I could tell that she really took her time to make sure that I looked perfect before she let me out of the salon.
Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new waxing place and I will certainly be returning soon.

I know, it’s expensive but look people, let’s think this out. What are you willing to pay for little pain and a nice looking who-​ha? For me it’s priceless. The reason why? I’ve had bad waxes that costs a lot, I’ve had really bad waxes that are cheap, and I’ve done it myself for free and had horrendous waxes. Rochelle has twinkle fingers. You won’t regret it. Down to the type of wax they use it’s all for the patient, not to mention she had me in and out in less than 20. I have officially been waxed coast to coast, SF to TN to NJ and this is by far the best!

I, like many others, got the groupon deal for Wax Nashville and decided to REALLY take advantage of the savings so I went for the brazilian wax. Oh wow, am I glad I did. The staff and atmosphere were so nice and relaxing, and even though this was my first «down there» wax of any kind (I had never even had a bikini wax), I swear I barely felt it!
My esthetician was Charity K., and although I was nervous upon seeing how young she was, my fears were soon put to rest. She was completely professional, honest and thorough. I was thrilled by how quick and painless it was! I cannot recommend her enough.
Bottom line, even though I live an hour and a half away and I could get a brazilian done in my town for about half the price, I will save my pennies and splurge on another trip to Wax Nashville. It is well worth it and the drive through Belle Meade is beautiful.
