We specialize in personalized primary care for our patients; be that quick visits for little emergencies, or long-​term management of chronic disease. We care for individuals from birth through old age and accept most major insurers, including Medicare.

Dr Luster has admitting privilidges to Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, and maintains strong relations with regional referral centers for those who need tertiary care.

We also perform US DOT Commercial Drivers License Physicals and FAA Aviation Medical Examinations.

History

Established in 2012.

Dr Luster was born and raised in Natchitoches.

He graduated from the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport in 2009, and completed a residency in Family Medicine at East Jefferson General Hospital, in affiliation with the Tulane University School of Medicine in 2012.

Dr Luster returned to Natchitoches after residency and joined Natchitoches Medical Specialists.

BS in Biology, Washington and Lee University, Magna Cum Laude, 2005

Sucessfully completed courses at the Bute School of Medicine, University of St Andrews, UK; and New York University’s Stern School of Business.

MD, LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, 2009

Completed Residency in Family Medicine at East Jefferson General Hospital, affiliated with the Tulane School of Medicine, 2012

Board Certified in Family Medicine through 2022.

Active in the Natchitoches Jaycees and NYP.

Hobbies include bird hunting, water skiing, and travel.
