I had a very good experience relative to my purchase of a 2016 Q5. I worked with Daniel and found him to be professional at all times and he was always considerate of my time. I have owned 3 BMW’s previously and this is my first Audi.
I feel I got a very good deal on my car and will update Unilocal on service and other things now that I have transitioned from prospect to customer.

Deep scratches on rear bumper… Make sure take pictures before you send your car to service! In fact, DO NOT do service there!!!
2 spots of scratches showing black on rear bumper after we got the car back… They denied it of course. But after 3 managers, they finally agreed to fill in the black gap with some paint. But how frustrating!!! Three years we had this car, not a scratch on her, but 2 hrs with this dealership such thing happened. only lucky thing was that we remembered to check her before taking her back, otherwise they would never have repaired it for us. Even so, the repair was ugly and uneven. They argued all along that they would never touch the rear during service but we were pretty sure our baby car has no scratch beforehand. Shame we did’t have pictures to prove that and they tried to accuse us for the scratch but the spot is impossible to scratch during parking, driving or unloading/​uploading stuff. (and all we carry in the back were groceries). (the spots are deep but no other drag marks that may suggest a drag motion from inside the van, but residue, looking like black rubber or machine oil, presented besides the spots) We demanded to see the security tape to prove whether they touched our rear bumper or to show whether the scratches were presented beforehand, but the service manager said the ONLY manager who had access to security tapes so happened to be not at work because his wife was sick at the hospital… What a convenient excuse!
Further more, they agreed to lend us a loaner when we made the appointment but failed to do so because they said if we didn’t do the alignment, they can return the car in 1 hour, but in fact we waited for 2+ hours in the waiting room without a loaner… Don’t know what they were doing with our car by taking so long that led to this. And how rude they were to ruin my day schedule.

We recently purchased an Audi from this dealership and wanted to share that the overall experience was good. We worked with Kevin, he was extremely helpful. The finance was able to match our low interest rate. On the day of pick-​up the registry was down delaying the pick-​up and Kevin had a hard stop at 3.30pm, he stayed back till all the appropriate paperwork was completed. He also spend a good amount of time walking me through all the new car features. After we bought the car my husband had some concerns about the car we had purchased, Kevin coordinated with the customer service department so we could get our concerns addressed. My husband was expecting no return calls after the purchase had been made but that was not the case here.
All in all, highly recommend the dealership and Kevin.

Ended up being towed to Audi Natick late on a Friday afternoon and was very impressed with the service department’s customer service. Wish I had of found them sooner and under better conditions but will gladly drive (hopefully not towed again) past other dealerships on my way here for future services! Thanks Jon-​Eric and Dave A!
New to the area and walked out of Audi Brookline, A Herb Chambers Company and Burlington Audi for a separate issue. Was a little nervous about owning an Audi in the area until I found Audi Natick.

First time Audi owner here thanks to Mike P. He was professional and accommodating throughout the whole process of getting an A3. Highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for an Audi as their next car.

This place was a nightmare. Went there for a «sales event». First they low balled me on my trade in then wanted full MSRP minus a manufacturer’s $ 500 rebate. Felt like that scene from Fargo… He went back to talk to his manager and offered me another $ 400 on the trade in… They took my keys to inspect my car and didn’t give them back! Kept trying to pressure me to buy on the spot. Think I stumbled into a cult of $ worshipers. Avoid.

Excellent service. Excellent loaner car. Staff applied coupon discount for service automatically without my prompting. They do not nickel and dime services as other vendors. All around great experience. Would continue going to them as I have since 2009.

Terrible experience, start to finish. Looking for months for an Audi TT, when I saw Natick had one I drove right over. The salesman took me out to test drive and informed me it was not yet serviced, since they just received it. The service manager came out & said they would inspect it the next day. No worries, two days later they told me it needed new tires and brakes… easy! So I made an OFFER & SENT IN MY APPROVAL LETTER FROM BOFA, for the entire amount. In the meantime, I passed on the car in Florida I found, so I could support local businesses with a «great reputation.» I called and called the sales rep to follow up. «Everything has been approved» he said… Service was complete, new tires & brakes.
I emailed him at 5AM, yesterday (A WEEK + LATER) to say, «lets finalize this deal, can you pick me up so I can drive the car home today?» His response was at 3pm, it takes a long time to get plates issued, can I get a ride there, sign paperwork, and come back on Friday, since HE IS OFF THURSDAY, can I get a ride then to pick up the car!!! Following that email I get an email from him this morning that the CAR HAS BEEN SOLD.
I have owned Audi’s & Porsches my entire life. I went on the reputation that this was a stand up dealership, not the case.
1. When I pulled up on a Sunday afternoon, not one person came out to say hello, not one, while we walked around all the cars for 20 minutes, and inspected the TT. Maybe this is just something the rest of the country does as a courtesy. Hello & welcome are always a nice touch.
2. I followed up, made an offer, and submitted completed financing BEFORE the car was even serviced.
3. I called and emailed the sales rep several times
4. The car was sold and I lost out on 2 other cars I was researching for some time.
5. The sad part is, imagine if I had an issue with the Audi, needed service or a checkup. Imagine, if they handle selling a car this way… how they would handle after the sale.
Do your research. There are several places that are kind to people and appreciate their business.
I will not name the sales rep simple because I do not believe in that. This is a review for the Dealership, although one person handled it poorly, they ALL were involved. Finance, service and managers.
It is important to say I am a successful business owner, who prides myself on my reputation, as well as, the continued success of word of mouth referrals.
It is also important to note, I NEVER leave poor or negative reviews. This is a first and a last.

Terrible service. Called us to bring my 2013 S4 in for service that is not required nor covered under Audi care we have. Then never explained to my wife who dropped the car off that those services are not covered under Audi Care and would be charged hundreds of dollar for.
In the past they charged me over a thousand dollars for what was obviously an Audi defect. The breaks were worn within 6 month period, when I complained of noise was told everything was fine, and continued to be told that at subsequent appointments. Then when the noise became so very obvious, they told me oh, the breaks needed to be replaced, but not only that, the rotors are now warped and had to be replaced as well.
My car also had stalled for no apparent reason on multiple occasion now, and all I get from service is that they can’t find nor reproduce the problem in their test drive so they can’t do anything about it. Even though they can see the codes that something was not right and having a car stall on you could definitely be a safety issue.
I had a bad experience with their sales in the past and ended up getting my Audi from a different dealer, but service here has proven to be consistently terrible in the past two and half years as well. I never had anywhere near such bad experiences with any of my prior cars through Volvo, BMW or Infinite before…
The poor experience with this dealer coupled with the mechanical issues has really killed any inclination for me to recommend or want to get another Audi ever again. Looks like a third BMW 335 will be in my future soon.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my first Audi at Audi Natick. Mohammed was a pleasure to work with — he made us feel at ease and my wife and I both felt like we were in excellent hands right away. He took us through the car and did an excellent job teaching us about the many conveniences of the A6. The purchase experience went smoothly and everyone we met throughout the process was extremely accommodating and friendly. It’s also a beautiful facility — Mo gave us a complete tour of the Service Center and introduced us to the Services Team. Seems strange to say this but I’m looking forward to the Service experience there in the future.

I went to Audi Natick to look for a new SUV and I was helped by Max Wang. He is very knowledgable and genuine towards the whole approach. I felt I was treated very fair and the whole experience was GREAT! I would definitely come back again for another car purchase and recommend my friends to buy car from him and Audi Natick.
The other thing is, Max is quick at handling things. Audi Burlington was so slow and the experience was terrible. They didn’t believe I was ready to buy a car thus they ignored me pretty much.
The dealership at Natick is the best I have seen ! I love going there.

My Experience with Audi of Natick has been great! I’ve been taking my previous car –an A5– and now my A7 to this place for service and other mechanical or technical issues. Ben Bonzey is exceptional, he is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He makes every service a breeze. I can always make an informed decision based on the information he provides to me. He also takes the time to make sure my concerns are met and he goes above and beyond to make sure I’m completely satisfied with everything, every time. The customer service and the quality of the services are just outstanding!
My workplace is literally 2 mins away from Audi of Brookline, but I travel 30 mins or more each way to this place, since i know I’ll be taken care of and my car issues will be resolved. I would highly recommend Ben as the service adviser and this Audi location to anyone!

First let me say Mike P was a very nice young man who was just fun to work with. I really wanted to buy a car from him. I went to this location because I bought my first car from Bernardi and I liked Bernadi VW back in the days. The manager was a complete ass — but I tolerated it since I really wanted to make the purchase with Mike. Though the entire experience was taut with unpleasantness we decided to stick it through until it was time for financing.
I specifically told the company my husband already had financing but I wanted him to get a lower rate. The finance moron mentioned a higher rate to him and was asking for more deposit stating his payments would be lower– ofcourse– it would be lower if you put more down but with a higher rate you are not saving. When they were unable to find a lower rate my husband tried to explain how to get a wire transfer from the pre-​approved loan but finance moron insisted we needed to go get a paper cheque. Really, what year is he in?
I was on the phone and my husband was at the physical location. After much back and forth with this finance guy and the even more moronic manager who was nasty the first interaction I told my husband– bid them goodbye. He left there, came home, and we drove to Peabody Audi and within 20mins bought the car he wanted with a few more features AND for the same rate Natick was barely offering. Peabody also called the next day and had secured him 4 loans all lower rates for which he picked Chase Bank. He picks up his new car today!!!
If you want to buy an Audi DO NOT go here!!! For a purchase a large as this these folks need to be a bit more professional!

An excellent experience from start to finish.
I worked with Wunna and Mike Lemming to purchase an A6, who were both exceptionally patient, professional and went out of their way to make a deal. I shopped around for over two months communicating with several dealers, and Audi of Natick was the most diligent in their follow-​up, always matching — and beating competing offers. In fact, I will honestly and candidly say that I never had another dealer work as hard to earn my business (including the dealer where I purchased my prior Audi from).
Excellent — and fair pricing, outstanding communication, with a true interest in meeting and exceeding their customers expectations. A beautiful, contemporary and comfortable facility where everyone I encountered was friendly.

Customer service means nothing to these people, if I could give zero stars I would. I wrote a very detailed review months ago that I see has been taken down, which is unfortunate because people should know what this dealership values.
I was in for service related issues, which I’ve since found out by not one but THREE other AUDI dealerships in Massachusetts alone, that I was overcharged about $ 1000…$ 1,000.00!!!
I had a feeling of this at the time but chalked it up to my first experience with this car and just sucked it up and paid it. After recovering my car back over 2 weeks later, the FIRST morning I go to start it and it’s dead… starter motor blew and here’s the best part… the starter went as a result of debris from the previous work done.
Now anyone with half a brain would think that would fall on them (a $ 500 starter blown as a result of a $ 5500 transmission job), but nope I paid for it 100%. Like seriously? I live less than 2 miles, whole family has been buying cars there for years (albeit BEFORE it was sold to now current owner, under some shady terms I might add, so I’ve heard) and they can’t take care of a minor fix that happened because I paid $ 5500 OUT OF POCKET for a major one, that’s just business/​cust service 101.
I can’t even remember how many voicemails I left for the GM, who I see now responds to Unilocal reviews (good for you buddy), and I have yet to speak with the guy. He managed to call my father though, as if I can’t discuss matters on MY CAR on my own.
This happened almost exactly a year ago and I still cringe when I hear people went to look at a car or have work done there. I have since made a point to reach out to as many people I know personally (as well as all my Audi specific gearhead friends on the Internet, 1000s of people in New England alone with high end audis are well aware of this dealership’s lack of customer service and respect for their younger customers).
Seth, if you read this understand one thing if you get anything at all from this… myself and people like me WILL BE Audi’s top demographic over the next 10 – 30 years, so I submit to you that you learn how to treat them with at least a little respect.
