With over 20 years of experience in the Massachusetts Real Estate market, Roger Martin offer his clients a unique blend of both Realtor and knowledgeable licensed General Contractor. This works two fold for his clients, first as a Realtor, Roger provides a keen insight into the Real Estate sales process for both Home Buyers and Sellers. As a General Contractor, Roger is able to provide insight regarding home construction, building codes, zoning, renovation costs etc…

I work with Home Buyer’s and Home Seller’s ready to take the next step in life, buying or selling their home in order to meet their families growing needs or downsizing for retirement or other financial considerations. I work with individuals and families through the process of locating the right buyer when the seller (s) of a home is ready for change, or identifying that specific house the new buyer (s) wish to call home.
