This place can make a pretty sour situation a whole lot easier to swallow. My car was hit in a drugstore parking lot two weeks ago while I was picking up some things, and the driver left no information. My car is only a year old, so I was pretty angry. These guys took my car in, fixed everything in a week, arranged the rental for me, and coordinated everything (rental and payment) with my insurance company. The results were perfect, and they cleaned and vacuumed my car for me. Not a soul wants to have to shell out cash for car repairs, but if it has to happen, have it done here! Thanks!

Professional, polite, quick and friendly. I recently had to have a rear fender and tail light repaired. They got me in right away for a quote, gave me my options and the repairs were done as soon as they received the parts — which was only a day or two. Everyone I dealt with was not only professional but friendly as well. What a pleasant experience. Customer service and quality is key for them and it really shows. I highly recommend Coach & Carriage Auto Body.

Took a look at my Prius V when at the dealership today for scheduled work.
Steve took a look at the scratches on the front of the car and offered two options: an expensive paint job or a reasonably priced buff. Was very honest, did a great job, and was willing to see how things went after the buff.
Hope that I don’t need work in the future, but it was great for the time.

Love this place.
Coach & Carriage was on the preferred list for my insurance company, so although I wanted to bring poor beat up Mini to the Mini dealership, the convenience weighed out for C&C.
The entire right side of my whip was jacked up and although the repairs took approx. 3 weeks she came back looking better than ever! Fully detailed inside and out and all of the moving pieces/​parts are working as they were when she was brand new.

Great job on repair of damage to my Prius’s front end. I went to them (after checking reviews here and on Angie’s List) because they have some deal with Commerce Insurance to do «one-​stop shopping» estimate and repair. They also took care of little details which would not have occurred to me to check (covered by insurance, so I assume everything was necessary, or the insurance company would not have paid for it), such as coolant for the electric motor. The car has baked in the sun for three summers, but I can’t tell where the old paint ends and the new begins. Maybe Toyota makes excellent paints which don’t change color over three years? The car was spotless inside as well as out when I got it back. Very pleasant to work with.

I’ve lived in Natick 30 years and over the years, a family of 4, we’ve had 3 – 4 accidents, the most recent only in 2012 prompting me to leave this review. I have used Coach and Carriage Auto Body each time and never had a complaint. The work has been done professionally, diligently, paint colors matched to a «T», very good communication. Why go anywhere else?

Would highly recommend for body work. Very professional, excellent communication while the work was done — a very caring, diligent group of people. Arranged a nice rental car, which the other person’s insurance paid for. Planning to come back here to get more work done (that I caused, this time). Good location too, right near downtown.

These guys do amazing work. My car recently got hit by someone and once I gave them the insurance appraisal they worked with the person who hit me’s insurance company to make sure I paid as little as possible for the repairs and my rental car was paid for. They took the time to repair things properly and thoroughly– my car has never looked better! The receptionist is patient and polite. Plus, they are located just minutes from the Commuter Rail so I’m more than willing to bring my car here again from the City next time it needs repairs. Would highly recommend!
