Courtyard by Marriott Natick

Nice spot with a great location, literally located across from the Natick mall with plenty of restaurants/​shopping areas in the walkable vicinity. The rooms are clean, well appointed and the staff is extremely friendly. This place has tons of parking, decent breakfast and a full bar which is nice, especially for the business traveller. One negative to mention is that the elevators are extremely slow, so be prepared to wait and wait some more lol.

A good Courtyard property that’s a slightly different design than the usual three stories that I’m used to. But other than that structural difference, it’s still a shining star in the Marriott universe.
Comfortable and quiet room with a bed that got me some quality sleep. Plenty of power outlets. More than enough parking. Wifi worked well. Friendly staff. Clean room on the sixth floor so there was very little outside anything. I was only here two nights and I left the DND on the door, so I did not have any cleaning service to tell you how they did.
I have only one complaint and that’s noise. The bathroom exhaust fan was way loud. And the room heater is loud, kicking on and off throughout the evening and night. Annoying.

I have been staying here for training. I HATE being away from home and I usually don’t sleep well or at all, but this hotel makes it a little easier. The beds are super comfy, and I LOVE the pillows. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a great breakfast, but I will say their dinner could use improvement. Otherwise, great place to stay if u have to!

As long time customers, my family, friends and I are usually pleased with the level of service and cleanliness from Courtyard Marriotts. This one stands out as an exception. We were met with stained linens, dirty countertops and even a pair of women’s shoes underneath our bed in our first room. We were promptly switched to a different room the next day. Unfortunately, the situation was not improved. We were welcomed with creepy crawlers and what looked to be human pubic hair. Surfaces again were not up to the standard we expected from the Courtyard Marriott brand of hotels.
Unfortunately, a manager was not available to attend to our concerns.

Everyone was friendly and the room was nice and clean. We stayed one night and had breakfast from the Bistro, which was very good. Checking in and checking out was convenient and quick. Overall, a pleasant stay!

This Marriott is conveniently located next to the Natick mall but is a highly traveled area traffic wise so give yourself some time if you are trying to get or leave there.
The hotel appears to have gone through a recent remodeling as the décor seems a bit more modern and the staff upon getting there was very pleasant and acknowledged that I had checked in using their iPhone app. The room accommodations were very nice and quite large. The bed was comfortable and for once the TV could actually be seen from across the room without having to pull up a chair.
I had dinner a the Bar which was a burger and fries. The burger was cooked to perfection and tasted very good. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side but I come to expect that when staying at hotels.
The reason why his Marriott got 4 stars, instead of 5, was because of the rude staff I had to deal with when I had to check out early as a result of a family emergency. Thankfully it was just prior to checkout time so I was able to only get one night charged to my card vice 2 nights. The lady who checked me out though seemed offended that I was checking out early and made me stand there and wait while she informed her house keeping staff, in a sarcastic tone, that Room ### was checking out early so they have an extra room to turn over. She handed me my receipt and I left, a bit upset, that someone who appeared to be part of their management team would treat someone like that.
As I wrap this up I am downgrading this to a 3-​star now because the thought of how I was treated really deserves losing two stars.

I have to say I am happy with my stay here. My husband is here every week for business and will be here for another year or so. With that I expect to be back often.
The city just adds to the charm of the place. And I appreciate how close it is to downtown Boston.
The hotel lobby is clean and the hallways smell really nice. Thank goodness they pay attention to smells as that can be a major turn off for most people.
The people in the from desk are very polite and even gave great suggestions for where to explore and what to see in Boston while I was visiting. I always love hearing from a local what they like. I did ask them so they didn’t impose anything on me which I appreciated.
Today when I dropped my friend up at the airport I asked if we could switch to a single king size bedroom since it’s just my husband and me now and the front desk said that the cleaning people need to leave early today so if I could be moved by 1:30 at the latest that they would appreciate it.
Well… The airport drive was confusing and I got lost. I ended up being pretty late and I appreciated that when I came back the cleaning lady was waiting by the door and WITHOUT any attitude said it was okay and waited for me to back up and move! Then when she saw that I was struggling she helped me move outside the room to the next room I was going too! How sweet!
I truly appreciate it.
I will recommend the Marriott in Natick to everyone.

The hotel is clean, priced well, and the housekeeping is quick. There’s also a small pool and fitness center. It’s everything I need for a short stay. Oh, and they always have treats at the front desk, but stay away from the chocolate chip cookie. It’s gross.

I’d stayed at the updated versions of Courtyard by Marriott before — the menu was almost exactly the same albeit very good. Rooms were what I expected — adequate and comfortable, with not much of a view (overlooking a Home Depot). However, the real reason I’m writing this review is because of one of the desk clerks named Richard. Richard’s stateliness is from a different era, befitting of treatment one might expect at an much more upscale hotel. He remembered my name and unsolicitedly asked how my evening was. When I wanted to find some good seafood and coastal ambience, Richard gave some lovely suggestions and even called to see if one of the places would be open. At his suggestion, we drove to Marblehead and it was a lovely little half-​day trip! Thank you, Richard!

Here this time for business and I must say great hotel for the price. Conveniently located within walking distance from Natick mall and many great restaurants. The only negative would be the size of the rooms but still fair for the price you pay. Great Internet connection even on the 5^th floor. Thanks to the front desk staff for the special platinum elite treatment. I will be back!

Five of us stayed here for the weekend. We were hoping to have one room with two queen beds and a pullout or cot/​roll away but they didn’t offer anything like that so we had to get two rooms. They did have free Wi-​Fi and continental breakfast which is a good bonus! The rooms do have a mini gridge (no seperate little freezer box) which is always great however in our room it froze everything so that kind of stunk. And there was no temperature control to change that. Our other room it worked just fine. There’s a huge mall that’s within walking distance. My only complaints include the mini fridge not working properly and that the non-​lifegaurded pool is only open Sunday’s from 8a.m.-noon. So the rainy Sunday we were there we had nothing to do really with the mall and pool closed. We would stay here again but hope that they can get some kind of roll away bed to accommodate more than four people for a night to save money.

This is a great hotel for families. We requested a crib online and when we got to our room it was all set up for us, plus they left a small free toy for her and a disposable bib. The beds were very comfy, although I wasn’t crazy about the fact that the pillows were small (although they provided multiple pillows rather than just 2). Unlike a previous reviewer, we did have a fridge and microwave in our room. The location just off the Mass Pike and literally next to the Natick Collection is very convenient.

I stayed here for a business trip and it was a fairly decent experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and checked in. Got my card and was good to go in less than 5 minutes. I will say the lady at the front desk had a slight accent so it was a little difficult to understand her as she seemed like she was rushing to explain everything but it wasn’t bad as long as you paid attention.
Now the layout itself was fairly typical. Pool and gym next to each other and restaurant/​bar were also located right within each other. They also did have a lounge area where you could get free coffee and 2 open computers you could log on to and connect to the Web if you didn’t have your own means already. Typical of most hotels the food selection for grab and go was limited but what else is new. I will say they do have a wider verity of drinks than most so that was a plus.
The room I stayed in had a double queen and okay Panasonic flatscreen. Fairly typical layout you would expect though the bathroom sink was outside of the actual bathroom itself. Nothing surprising but o suppose something to note if you need a sink in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable for what they were. I was fortunate enough to have a mini fridge in my room where I found out others did lack them but gained a balcony.
The pool and hot tub were nice though in order to even use the pool room you needed some type of employee there which was a little strange to me but whatever. The gym was a typical gym though with a few more treadmills you would expect. 4 to be exact. Plus an elliptical bike and free weights.
As per my practices I always leave my «Do not disturb» sign on my door for my stay. It was nice to see a bag with fresh towels and shampoo and such on my door everyday though. I also brought my Xbox with me and did not see anything missing. So no theft. Least as far as I know. Also the doors had fairly decent noise muffling. I didn’t really hear anybody walking around or making noises.
Overall my stay was pleasant though they really need to fix the key cards. I don’t like having to go down to the front desk to get a new card since I can’t place it in my wallet or same pocket as my cell phone. Other than that a decent stay. Oh also I was there during a storm and they had employees out there shoveling and clearing off cars if you needed help. That was awesome. Thanks lady who helped me clean off my car this past Wednesday!

Stayed here for 3 nights in late December. I think the stay deserves 5 stars, perhaps 4 ½ but I’ll stick with 5. Checking in was pleasant and efficient. I requested a particular location for the room and was given precisely that. The mattress was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on in a hotel in the past 3 years. The room was quiet and I liked the layout.
The front desk service was attentive. Early one morning around 5 am I was downstairs using the guest computer (was up due to a food allergy from the night before). I was thirsty and was looking for water. The woman at the front desk saw me and asked me what I needed. Since the restaurant was closed at the time, she said I’ll take care of that. Within minutes she came back with a glass and a pitcher of water. That is exceptional attentiveness. So, across the board it was a great stay. I’ll be back in December.

Staff is very friendly. Smell of popcorn greets you as you enter the lobby. There are also cookies in the front desk. Small touches that makes the place feels homey. Hotel is clean but dated especially the bathroom. Room is on the small side. Complementary parking and wifi are a big plus. It’s also very close to the Natick Mall which is another big plus! The mall has shops from both ends of the spectrum but then that’s another review. Overall, I wouldn’t mind going back to this hotel.

No fridge in the room but comfy beds, nice workout machines, breakfast includes an omelette bar an fresh baked muffins. You can literally walk to the mall in 3 minutes.

Pretty much a standard Courtyard… which is a good thing. The check in went smoothly. Room was clean. Tv worked fine. Had a pot roast grilled cheese at the bar. Sounded kinda weird but was pretty tasty. Didn’t use the pool or gym but both looked ok. Would stay here again.
