I highly recommend Dr. Macdonald and his staff. I fear dentist and all of my fears and anxieties were put at ease. The dental hygienist, Amy, was gentle, patient and calming. Dr. Macdonald was reassuring, knowledgeable and has a kind way about him. Obviously doctor’s offices need to be clean; this office sparkled-​seriously sparkled to the point that it was noticeable. I am thrilled that I found such a great dentist with a fabulous supporting staff.

I just love Dr. MacDonald. He and his wife (a pediatric dentist in Northborough) are fantastic dentists. Like the other reviewer said, he doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. He is very personable, down to earth, and he knows how to numb your mouth without you feeling the pinch of the needle too much! His office is very nice, and his office staff and technicians are wonderful! They go above and beyond and out of their way for their patients, and it’s worth the drive from Westborough for me to visit them here!

Dr. MacDonald is an excellent dentist. No wait in his office, he’s friendly, he doesn’t upsell procedures that you don’t really need, and his technicians give an excellent and gentle cleaning.
He takes Delta Dental and HMO Blue dental.
